I love their service. I get my bengali fishes from here. All my indian shopping and more is done through instagolocal. Keep up the job guys. Great to see more feature improvements as well:)

There is no guaranty of order, no responses for calls and emails for many days and very rude behaviour after all this.
After placing order,it was always shown as delayed and the status was there for next 3 days.These guys expect customer to wait without having any update on their order and wait for their grocery.
I Called many times and sent multiple emails but,there was no response.Finally a person called after 3 days assuming we were still waiting for their order without having grocery in our home.
However,when i said there was no response and asked to cancel the order,that person disconnected the call without even listening next.
I think, this company may have this attitude of favoring people not the business and may have many orders due to current situation but, it will not remains the same always.

The worst customer service. Firstly they’re price gouging ridiculously. Additionally, they do not inform their customers when the order is being delayed. They simply update the delivery date online without providing any reasoning.

My original order was delayed by two days from the original 7 day lead time. Order was for $145 while they increased the price to $241 stating that prices in the market have gone up. I went to the local grocery shop and found out that there was absolutely no price increase in the market. Instagolocal prices are higher to begin with but then price gouging took it to another level. I was a first time user and will never be using them again.

We had a bad experience with this site...not once but twice..first time when we ordered, we got stale veggies. We had to place the order the second time because of lack of options. The second time our order got delayed by more than a week without any intimation and when we checked the status of order 30%-40%of the items were unavailable. We had to finally cancel the order after waiting for more than a week

They close out ordering with a simple notification that they will open it on a date and time in the future. When I came back on the day, the ordering still does not work. And once I try after an hour or so, ordering was closed again.

While I understand that they are grossly underprepared during the Covid outbreak, they should just disallow users to add items and continue shopping. We only see that they have stopped taking orders at the very end of the checkout process.

I placed an order and scheduled a delivery and heard nothing on the scheduled delivery date. I heard nothing for a week beyond the scheduled delivery date. They never contacted me in any shape or form. After my order was a full week late with no contact from Instagolocal I gave up and cancelled it.

Don't use this service. You won't get your order and you won't get any response from the company. They have no idea what they're doing.

In such a dire hour and they just don't reply, was banking on them for my essential groceries.
Don't order from here , their convinience is always over yours
