These guys are amazing! All three associates that helped me were very knowledgeable, patient and had plenty of advice to offer! They definitely know their stuff here... Which is not allows the case with auto parts stores. So it was a relief to know I was talking to experts. The store was very clean and organized as well and they had everything in stock as well.
I highly recommend this Advanced Auto Parts store for all of your car and truck needs!

The store on 212TH in Kent has a great guy behind the counter. So much more than the folks who one can typically find at O'Reilly's or Autozone. I can do without the attitudes at either.

Just received the best service from John! I called ahead, he answered the phone and helped me in such a pleasant manner. Upon approval he was the same person to greet me and help me with my transaction. He changed my battery out quickly and smoothly, in the rain! I highly recommend checking out this small but mighty location.

Fantastic customer service, I was in from the east coast and needed a radiator immediately. They had it in stock so I drove the 20 miles to get it and they reserved it in my name and had it waiting for me when I got there. And with my discount code got $20 off. Everyone does seem happy who worked there. It's not really a retail store it's more a warehouse at this location you're not expect to get everything you normally would and there's only two aisles... This is a part hub.....

Just got out of the military and had my car shipped from Korea to Kent, WA. By the time it got there the battery was completely shot. The vehicle broke down in their parking lot. Even though they were busy, Samantha personally used her vehicle to jump my car and replace my battery herself. Excellent service and super nice people.

It was a quick visit it took all of 3 minutes for them to get a battery for my car then Samantha went and installed it the whole thing took 15-20 minutes.

Great customer service I had a couple of deep cycle batteries. They were auto craft brand that I bought a year ago from another advance go bad and for some reason they weren’t in the system. no questions asked they warranty them. They also had the giant cans of brake cleaner which you don’t see every day . Advance auto has my business thanks again

Needed to change my oil. Too lazy to look up the type of oil and filter and my man up front looked it up and picked it out for me.

Marcos Burgos went ABOVE and beyond expectations. We showed up to get chains for my car and he was trying to close the store. Instead of him saying he couldn't help, he took my card information and met up with us to give me my chains not on the clock. Marcos needs to be the Manger since that's his goal and he loves the location and what he does.

Had a great experience today with my battery being replaced. Unfortunately I forgot to get names but was in there today between 12 and 12:30. Great crew and quick service.

Went to 3 separate auto parts stores in less than 30 min they replaced wiper blades and installed headlight bulbs for a hard to fit model will always trust this store great customer service
