H&M

How does H&M keep their store so organized? We experienced two days of wonderful shopping experiences here. The first was the week of Black Friday and the second was the week after. Both times we were assisted by cordial employees. The checkout line was long but minimal time was spent there. H&M has the entire family covered. For those in and out mall shoppers, H&M is located on level one between Dillards, Macy’s and JC Penney.

Excellent prices, good stuff and high quality, always this store is a good option for whole family and gifts!!!!

It is very well organized and the prices are reasonable. When we were there on Saturday, the store was full, but the checkout line still moved very quickly.

Always has what I need in my size and for a great price I love getting multiple items here dressing rooms are always clean and service is great I always leave happy.

I love their selection and friendly customer service. Their clothes are really good quality if you take care of them, they will last a long time!

Got me 6 pair of socks with different shades of colours and a perfect size for my feet for only 12$...

Great customer service here!! I went in looking for a hoodie I'd seen on the H&M website but didn't see it. A sales associate quickly helped me find it. The store was clean and organized. I also saw several cute sweaters that I'll come back and look at another time since I was in a hurry today.

I called the store to get another number for the store agit in the mall because I had a problem with my merchandise. I explained the situation to her and KATE TO THE RESCUE CAME OUT. She was able to get me the store contact information for my return. She was so nice because in all reality she didn’t have to do it for me. Awesome customer service thank you Kate so much.

I'm trans and this is the only place that carries sizes that are small enough for me, really the only place I hit up when I go to the mall. The workers are all hella nice as well so I have never been worried about getting weird looks for shopping in the men's section.

Plenty of style choices as well.

I am so happy with my new white dress and sweet t-shirt. Yummy. So much more I wanted to buy. Cute Monday- Friday socks. Blue Jean jackets.

I wanted a peacoat and finally found the perfect one here but...... they didn’t have my size! I just grabbed another coat I liked! I get to the check out and Codi asked if I found everything okay. I told him no because a peacoat wasn’t in my size that I wanted. He offered to call other stores! YAY! He called two stores but they didn’t have it. :-( I ended up getting that other coat anyways. ONLY because Codi took his time to help me in the mist of a busy day. Thank you! And I really appreciate you being so nice Codi!

Side note: He offered to call a 3rd store.

I just love H&M. Great quality clothes for even better prices! Also, the discount I get for being in their rewards program keeps me going back for more whether it's staples or seasonal essentials because they know how to stick what you need!

MY FAVORITE AND ONLY STORE TO FILL MY CLOSET WITH THEIR COLLECTION. This place is real crowded by the weekend, their service is fine but they took precautions very well during covid.
