AT&T Store

Jamie at the Christiansburg, Virginia store was amazing. She was able to help me through the decision of what type of phone would be best suited for me. She help me with the process of integrating that phone into my account. Very pleasant experience overall.

The rep who helped me Jaime was very prompt in greeting me, answered all my questions and was very polite and knowledgeable! Not happy had to pay $1700 for a phone that only lasted me about 4 months (fold4) and then had to get another new phone (apple) but that’s not her fault of course just saying be careful with those phones.

Tyra was extremely helpful with the process of switching carriers given the poor service that U.S. Cellular provided, she helped to get my sim unlocked and worked with me for a couple of hours to ensure I got the service and plan that best fit my needs. Best customer service I have had in quite some time.

Jamie, the store manager, was PHENOMENAL...THE BEST customer service that I have experienced ANYWHERE in ANY capacity in YEARS!

I just experienced wonderful service at the AT&T shop in Christiansburg, Virginia, 30 Spradlin Farm Dr., and I would want to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received.

On a Sunday, I went to the store and arrived a little time after it had closed. Despite this, Jamie Rizak, the assistant manager, went above and beyond her call of duty to help me with my sim card problem.

Jamie calmly listened to my dilemma despite the fact that I knew I had arrived after business hours and that she would try her best to help. She was so dedicated to giving great customer service that she even took the time to finish helping the people in the store before me.

To my astonishment, Jamie stayed 90 minutes past the store's closing time simply to solve my problem. Her commitment and willingness to go above and above made a strong impression on me.

Jamie carefully investigated the issue and found that the sim card tray was the source of the issue. She arranged for me to have a new Samsung S23 phone right away, along with a matching case. Jamie showed her experience by experimenting with different methods and making sure that all potential answers were looked at.

Jamie has provided me with outstanding customer service, and I sincerely appreciate it. Despite the late hour, her dedication to resolving my problem was impressive and deeply appreciated. I left the AT&T store in Christiansburg feeling totally delighted with my new, fully functional phone as well as my overall experience there.

Jamie Rizak and the entire employees at the AT&T location on Spradlin Farm Dr deserve a sincere thank you for their excellent service. They deserve praise for their commitment and readiness to help clients even after regular office hours. I heartily advise anyone in need of dependable and great service to visit this AT&T location.

I needed a new phone (upgrade). Cody was immediately available and super friendly. I was in and out in no time. I'm 100% satisfied.

Usually I hate doing the whole upgrade your phone thing. it usually feels like pulling teeth. However this time was different because of Jamie Rizak! She was extremely helpful and made the whole process tolerable! I would definitely come back to this location if she’s working

The staff is always friendly and it has that down home atmosphere to where you feel comfortable when you go in there. The office managers are always super helpful and the staff are very informative and polite. 1hich in my opinion is lacking in a lot of businesses these days it’s very refreshing to go in a place where people treat you like family. 2👍🏻 up for the christiansburg Virginia Store! 3/10/22

Tyra was fantastic. She helped my parents and I switch from Verizon. She was patient, kind and very efficient. She took the time to get the best deal possible. Despite the busy day and being the only staff at the store that day she remained calm and kind to every single person that came into the store. Great service and experience all around!

After extremely lackluster and frustrating interaction with AT&T online tech support (on many occasions) I was on the verge of changing to a new carrier just to never have to deal with it again. My past experiences at this location over the past 7 years had left me expecting a similar frustrating situation when going in tonight.
HOWEVER. Store Manager Tyra Clayton saved you a customer tonight. Friendly, helpful, fixed my issues, didn't try to push products she saw I wasn't interested in, helped explain problems, and suggested some options I will be considering in the future. She's the first proper good experience I've had at this location, and if you can keep good customer service like hers at this location, you'll have me coming back in the future.

This store saved ATT a customer. I was ready to throw in the towel but this store--especially Nicole and Jamie--made sure my daughter walked out with a phone. They took care of everything and kept me sane (well ... sane-adjacent) while dealing with a tangle of customer service woes. Can't say enough good things about this store and their well-trained and helpful staff.

Jamie was the best 👌 I had all my questions answered and left there knowing that I had chosen the best phone for me. She was an expert at managing customers coming in all while training a new employee. I am impressed!

Javan is absolutely fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. Helped me set up my new phone and get the accessories I needed. When I walked out, I was set. Great salesman. Glad he encouraged me to buy the wireless charger. He’s definitely an asset to your store

The manager of the store stayed after hours at the end of a long day with no co-worker to help to make sure that my problems were solved.

I experienced excellent customer service. I went to purchase a new phone (iPhone 12). My impression was very positive due to the friendly demeanor of the associates, despite being a busy place. The transaction went well, but a couple days later I decided to return the Iphone and exchange it for the 13. That didn't go so well because of some system issues. I returned sometime later and Tyra Clayton, the store manager, helped to work things out. She apologized for the system issues and made things right for the inconvenience, all in a friendly and professional manner. I know that whenever I need to return to the store they will provide and excellent service with a great attitude.

I had an unusual situation, a mixed up billing, and a cash insurance payment to replace a broken phone. I wanted something inexpensive, to add a phone to an existing line and to make payments on the new phone instead of buying it outright. Unfortunately it wasn't going to be that easy. But the store manager Tyra and associate Jacob took the time to listen to my issue, fully understand the problem, try to figure out all options and in the end I walked away with the phone I wanted, a bunch of accessories I wanted, all for close to what I wanted to spend. And the balance due on the phone applied to my account in monthly payments. They were exceptional.

She spent almost 2 hours trying to get my watch to numbersync to my phone. After the 3 times she called support and did a hard reset on my phone and was able to link my watch and phone. We were very please with her customer service and her attitude was impeccable. Also asked about our bill bring high and she help and explained it to us. She is. Wonderful person and employee for att.

Lorin helped me out tremendously. I had an extremely difficult case, needing an unlocked new phone before going overseas. She helped me for hours on multiple days and phone calls, never complaining, answering my million questions, and always with a smile on her face. I also witnessed how she and other employees manage a busy store, always treating others with respect and being efficient. Her quality service was incredible and I’m very grateful for it!
