AT&T Store

Maelyn, the store manager at the Rio Rancho location, was simply amazing. She went above and beyond to service our account and helped connect us to the correct people who could fix our issues. She made multiple calls for us and stayed with us throughout the entire time in the store. Her customer service was brilliant and I wish more people had her approach. Thank you for everything, Maelyn!

My wife and I recently upgraded our phones. The staff at the AT&T store were super friendly and helpful. Our sales associate was Christian L. He was an excellent representative. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the transition from our old phones to the new ones very simple. I highly recommend this store and its staff for their professionalism and customer service.

Edwin was VERY VERY helpful. When we entered the store he was very welcoming and attentive. The whole visit he went above and beyond with his customer service and made sure all of our needs were met. He is a great salesman!! He was still handling all other customers that came in, in a very professional way. He was the only one in the store at the time and handled their concerns in a timely manner. We will only handle any of our AT&T business line concerns with Edwin. Was in yesterday to have my number ported from Verizon and had a great experience. Kolten was fantastic and patient with the whole processes and Anthony was ready to jump in when a question or two came up that needed verifying. 6 Stars!

My wife and I worked with Larry and Mike and they were both outstanding. I waited about two weeks before I wrote this review to ensure I was getting everything that was talked about. These two guys are professionals at what they do and they have earned my trust. We are very happy that we switched from Verizon to AT&T. If you have to go to an AT&T store, this is the one you want to visit.

Kate the lady who was there today was extremely helpful and quick to help me create an account and become a new customer with them and give me the best option for my budget and get me on a phone plan. She was very easy to talk to and explained everything clearly n perfectly which made the whole process easier! Definitely recommend her!

Fast friendly, We worked with Briana and she was wonderful. Easily the best rep in this place. The guy with the deep voice came off as rude so we will always ask for her. Not too busy, we were there before they opened and they opened on time. Didn't mess up anything on the account everything is great, insurance carried over, wonderful service.!!

We went into AT&T back in mid September looking to get a phone for my husband. Jo Castillo sure did know his stuff. Very professional, very presentable. Matthew was also a good help. He actually let Jo do everything regarding our possible sale, but was very patient and helpful. We weren't able to get the phone that day, but will return to this store for anything in the future.

My wife and I experienced extraordinary service when we upgraded our calling plan. Ryan, our associate, spent an incredible amount of time teaching us how to use our new IPhones. What makes this so special is the fact that we purchased the phones from Apple because of the military discount. During our time with Ryan, Oscar the store manager stopped by to see how wewere doing. This store answers the phone and follows up after the visit. We have been to other phone stores. They do not match this store's service. Run don't walk to this store.

I just stopped by to purchase new iPhone 12 Pro's for my wife and I and an iPhone 11 for our son. I was helped by the store manager named Matthew and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. He patiently answered all my questions and setup our new service quickly all at a great price. I will be coming back to this store for all my cellular needs in the future! Thank you so much, I would highly recommend to anyone needing service!

Best service we’ve ever Had at an AT&T store. Matthew was amazing. He knew more about setting up our iPhones than any of the Apple Geniuses at the Mac store. 5 Star treatment. I highly recommend!

Outstanding service by the staff. If you think Chick Fil A is polite, the staff of this store would put it to shame. Especially the management. Well put together and I don't think I could recommend any better service. Way to represent the good people of Rio Rancho.

Yesterday, Kate helped me and my partner get him a new phone and both of our smart watches hooked up to LTE. Since we had a list of things to take care of, we didn’t end up walking out of there until about 30 minutes after closing and Kate was welcoming and gracious the whole time. We didn’t feel rushed or burdened at all, and for that we are appreciative. She was awesome at explaining our new phone plan, and even got us free HBO Max. We’ve been to other AT&T locations, but this one always is the most helpful and has the best staff.

If you're looking for help with your AT&T service or thinking about switching, this is your store! My sales associate Matt was friendly, helpful, and knew more about the phones than the actual manufacturer's customer service reps. 10/10 would recommend!
