Good as usual. Love happy hour. Attentive staff. Quick turn around for ordering

Excellent all around the board. Will go back. And as a chain store, I can only recommend the one on Wyoming in Albuquerque.

Stopped by this neighborhood Applebees on my business trip. Ordered grilled chicken breast. Tastes good and good deal for $13. Friendly atmosphere.
They accept Apple Pay but you will need to go with server to pay desk.

The atmosphere was inviting. The waitress was super nice and cheerful considering we walked in there at 11 PM after the Balloon Festival.
The food was good. I loved the decor of this Applebee's. So glad we came here.

Great food, service too. The hostess was very sweet and nice. We sat at the bar so our service was fast. Our salads were fresh with the best breadsticks too. Out of all the Applebee's we've been to, this one we will visit again.

We place takeout order regulary from this Applebee's. This evening I placed a simple order of beef nachos. I know it was just nachos but I was craving good nachos all day. At pickup I waited 15 minutes outside before I decided to go inside to check on order and still waited an additional 15 minutes. When I got home it was the worst take out order I have ever received from any restaurant. I never complain if I receive a less than perfect meal. But this one was awful. I called back and luckily I spoke to back-of-house manager, Sydney. She was extremely apologetic. She assured me if I can go back she would personally make it again for me. When I got to restaurant Sydney brought my order to me. I was so impressed with the her professionalism and the great looking order she put together to fix the previous mess.

Thank you, Sydney! If it wasn't for her we would never order takeout from this location again.

Veterans Day dinner experience! Family and I went to Applebees Rio Rancho tonight, and enjoyed a nice dinner. They have a Veterans menu, which is greatly appreciated! What is even more appreciated is they extended the menu to spouses, which is absolutely appreciated and in my opinion absolutely a Classy thing to do! Finally the appreciation to the link that keeps so many of us on track during our military endeavors! Thank you Applebees for including my wife for her sacrifice of all the years being by my side and enduring the hardships she did!

Additionally your staff are rock stars, the place was packed, our server and hostess had obviously worked a double shift, yet fatigued they never missed a beat!

The waitress Adriana did an outstanding job at keeping us hydrated and fed. Her energy all around was amazing and made me and my family’s experience great. As for the wings they were delicious and the variety of flavors were so delicious.

Applebees is always great at this location! The people are friendly and joking, the food was great, and the New Mexico murals are fun.

Food was delicious when we finally received it. We waited an hour for our salads. I had to inquire a couple of times on what happened to them. She did not give us an update till the second time that the kitchen was slow. It wasn't very busy there either.

Service was excellent food was good.
The restaurant has kind of a pub like environment.

I love this Applebee's. We brought the whole family for dinner.. They make good drinks and the food is always great just like the service. Great place for a nice family dinner.

I really love Applebees, it’s a great date night spot if you’re on a budget and very good service and food. I got the southwestern chicken bowl and it was so good, highly recommend it! My fiancé got the ribeye and it was a little bit over seasoned but still very good! Another thing was that my fiancé ordered the mtn dew special drink they offer and when he got a refill it was a completely different drink that tasted like Hawaiian Punch but still very good experience! 😊💜✨

Hadn't been here in awhile. Very clean, indoor decor is cool NM themed. Food was fresh and good. Hostess and Togo specialist were friendly and helpful

Ribs are AMAZING!! I had the full rack with the spicy texas bbq sauce (not too spicy at all), just perfectly DELICIOUS, FALL OFF THE BONE, JUICY GOODNESS!!! MMMMMMM..

please do you and your family a favor and ask for aris. she is absolutely one of the best waitress i believe me and my family have ever had! she’s fast, bubbly, and so funny. i’ll definitely be back!

Love this location! Never ever disappointed! Got the 6oz steak, cooked to perfection. Not many places have a cook that can make a medium rare steak just right. Didn’t even need any steak sauce. Drinks were very good for the price too. You’d expect $5 drink specials to be a little blah, but these guys had a good bartender tonight. Yea it’s a little further into Rio rancho than I’d like to drive, but it’s totally worth it. Kids got a burger and hot wings, no complaints there. The restaurant is always clean. Our waitress was amazing. I feel so bad I didn’t get her name so I could tell all of you to get seated at one of her tables. The hostess was really sweet and accommodating as well.
We’ll definitely be back!

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!

We have eaten at this Applebee's for years. Sometimes good. Sometimes poor. But , an okay place over the years. We stopped going there many months ago. Service and food were not really good.

Our son used to work here. Even with that, the food was always so-so.

But this time, it was fantastic. Same food. But, so much better prepared. (bourbon street chicken and shrimp) Chicken was perfectly done. Food was steaming hot. And, no excessive salt, like in the past.

Jose, the greeter was excellent. Just what you need in a greeter. When he wasn't. busy, he even checked on us to make sure everything was okay. Nice young man.

But, the highlight was Kaylei, our Server. She was outstanding. Pointed out specials that gave us a free salad. Informed us that it was Happy Hour and we could get a large beer for the price of the small. Cheerful, friendly and very professional. Never had better. She kept checking on us, which is usual for this restaurant. We can't say enough about Kaylei.

Even the manager (I did not get her name) was very friendly and professional.

Overall, an outstanding experience.

Great food and service. Aris was our server and she was so attentative and nice, her service was fast and accommodating. Very happy with our dinner here and will be returning

Yes, I walked in with a GrubHub bag, but was treated, just as kindly as an individual customer! This is an accomplishment, worthy of accolades!
