Smith's

Smiths is a tried and true place for my family shopping. I love the coupons that they mails every month. It's nice to have a coupon that's actually helpful. I love their fresh produce they're fresh meat section and they have very good fish too. I always like to stop at their drink cooler section because they always have interesting fun drinks to try. We usually use the self-checkout but today we did the regular line and it was still easy and fast. You get gas perks to which today we got $0.40 off each gallon. I love my neighbor Smith’s. Everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful. Jimmy, Jodi, and everyone else who’s name I can’t recall are all so wonderful and pleasant. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go in, I always get smiles. Thank you all! I love this team!

Pure and simple, walk in easily find your items and use the self checkout. Thanks to the attendant I almost forgot to swipe my rewards card. Awesome store awesome people, clipped some coupons on the app. and boom got some items on discount as well. $29 turned into $22. Great store and staff. Clean fast friendly and easy.

I shop here several times a week, great for those in and out trips. We only buy our meat here, good quality for a good price. Great produce as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the number of "Good morning" greetings I get always makes me smile. Their Friday Freebies are great as well, a free product every Friday! I also like the convenience of downloading digital coupons that are tied to my member ID, no more coupon clipping! Great store!

Always very organized and well stocked! The layout makes it easy to navigate and find everything in a timely fashion! Customer service is amazing everybody is always so helpful and friendly, and has a willingness to help. I appreciate being acknowledged by staff when they see my return, always makes me feel very welcome.

The staff at this location has always been great! Super attentive and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here. We've gotten cakes over the years and have never been disappointed. Most recently we ordered our sons 3rd birthday cake from the bakery. He chose Spidey (of course!) and they did an amazing job. Not only did it look awesome, it tasted great too! We ordered a 1/4 sheet, marble cake with strawberry filling - with 72 hours notice. It was only $24.99!! Always been pleased with this store, just finally got around to writing a review 😊

Nice selection. Employees were friendly and helpful. Having a Starbucks inside store was nice perk, and they were equally friendly. Bit more expensive than where I usually shop, but had stopped by after an appointment close by. Did find something there I use and have had to order online as I had been unable to find any store in town which carries it. Nice surprise. I have appointments nearby fairly regularly now so will be stopping in.

Manager of the store is doing something amazing. I love the staff they treat me like family whenever I walk in, the produce is wonderful and fresh every single time. I have completely stop shopping at Walmart just so I can dedicate my time and money into a franchise that actually cares about its customers, employees and the community. I will even make the effort to drive to the store after moving away from it just because I love the service I get every time I go in.

Although I don’t like the recent changes of items in different aisles, I understand change happens. I give this Smiths 5 stars mainly because of the staff! They say hi when they see me, even if outside on a break, and they make me feel welcomed. I think the prices are good & a great variety in things I need to buy, so I don’t have to shop at many places. I feel comfortable at this location & that’s important to me!

Great customer service. I shop at this Smith's at least twice a month to feed staff. I mostly order a lot from the deli. In over 3 years of ordering from the deli they haven't ever gotten an order wrong! The entire deli staff is very friendly and great at what they do! And the orders I place are usually quite big. I would definitely recommend shopping at this Smith's!

Great service, smiling associates. Was greeted by almost every associate I passed. Was asked at least 5 times if I was finding everything I needed. A stocker voluntarily moved his cart to let me see what's behind where he was stocking (without me having to ask). Checker offered me help out to my car. Nice, clean store.

Great employees, clean store! I will, however, say this. The GM needs to have better control on their employees who smoke. It's disgusting and the butts are all over the sidewalk. Unacceptable. If I didn't love every other aspect of the store I would lower my rating from 5 stars. Other than that, I will not even consider another store for my shopping.

This Smith's is amazing. It's bigger than the other ones I've gone to. There's a Starbucks inside, and all of the departments are full-sized and fully stocked. The employees are super nice and helpful, even if you are shopping during a rush.

Wonderful grocery. Modern, clean and has just about anything you could want. They even have an olive bar and a good selection of 'bulk foods'. My only complaint is that it is so far from my house, so I usually end up shopping at Smith's on Coors and Central.

Gotta say I finally like the updates, especially the scan and go technology. That makes the whole experience easy. Add this to the great staff...there you have it, a great store! UPDATE...need to service and/or replace the scan and go handheld devices. They are wearing out. Probably need more and new ones!

The staff is always really nice and usually stocked with everything. I went in stressed about birthday balloons and Destiny was quick to help. She also helped with a pick up order today and she is just the sweetest.

I live in the 8109 zip code area, but usually make it a point to go to this particular location in the north west. Centered in a nice community, this Smith's is well laid out, stocked, clean, and modern. There are plenty of self-checkout lanes, which means you never have to wait in line for an extended period of time. Definitely above the standard of most of the other large chain grocery stores in the metro.
