The UPS Store

This is the closest UPS store to me and I will come here quite frequently. Always had a good experience and quick service even when there was a long line. Just want to give a shout out to Jamie (cute lady with curly hair) and Andrew (looks like a young Ashton Kutcher) for helping me today with all my packages and keeping my toddler entertained while I was doing it all. You guys are awesome!

Shout out to Peter at the UPS Store in Bountiful. The team lead there was about to send me on my way to figure out my problem on my own, but Peter worked with me to call Amazon and get my problem resolved. Without his help it would have been a long frustrating process, but he got me taken care of today!!

Everytime I've gone in the staff has been extremely courteous and nice. I have recently moved and rate the store in bountiful better than even their other locations! Highly recommend this store!

This store seems to be popular and busy yet I’ve never had to wait too long. Employees are always fast efficient and courteous. Ronnie is a delight!

I’ve been using this store for over a year now. I always have a great experience. I should some of the names of people that work here by now but alas I don’t. However the owner is very courteous and always fun to talk with. She’s done me a lot of favors and knocked off some charges from time to time. I find it hard to believe that people have given negative reviews to put this down to a 3.5.

In fact one time I had a package mishap. A package was sent via FedEx but I selected it to get dropped off at this store instead of a fedex store on accident. They looked around for a week and helped me locate it and then didn’t even charge me the fee associated with such a mishap.

Always been a good experience for me.

They've always been friendly, and provide excellent service, even when they are dealing with Long lines and frustrated people. (Parking is the only issue.)

Ronne & her staff were extremely professional & helpful. They went above & beyond my expectation. Highly recommend this store.

Cami did a fantastic job to help me through my Amazon returns. She helped me quickly get the labels from my app Amazon app and made it fun - even though it was really busy in the store. She helped me quickly and efficiently and did so with a smile. She respected my time & hers but made it fun!

Would love to figure out how we can get UPS a new location so they can compete better with the FedEx Kinko’s down the road that has better parking in a bigger store.

Stopped by to complete an Amazon return. Bonnie was amazing! I hadn't looked at my return label prior coming in so needed a bit more coaching then the ‘scan and go’. Bonnie was knowledgeable, friendly & amazing customer service! Thank you so much for your help Bonnie! You’re the best! 🙏😊

Great troubleshooting for an Amazon return that had not been picked up for 5 days. Very helpful employees.

I watched an irate customer berate & threaten employees and yell at them and other customers in line. The employees kept their composure & were professional under such ugly circumstances. I actually had to go home, get a code & come back. Even though I had the incorrect code, they helped me amidst the chaos and returned my package. They should be awarded a medal for dealing with that irrational customer & still helping others. Kudos to them!!!!

I've always had great experiences here. I feel confident using them and the staff is fantastic. They are always friendly, kind, and helpful. Today, specifically, Isaiah went out of his way to help me with Amazon returns. He was patient and friendly the entire time. And I had quite a few. :)

My husband and I were just in this UPS store and we couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. We were happily helped by Isaiah, Chase and Ava. All three were very kind and accommodating. We won’t hesitate to return to this location if we need to do UPS business!!

The team is always so kind and helpful with any questions you might have. If there’s a line it always goes quick. Krista was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help me out! The Amazon return process is so quick here, I never go elsewhere. Definitely recommend!
