Very friendly staff. They have pupa-chinos for your dogs. The frozen drinks are refreshing and not too sweet.

Been going to beans since I was a kid and loved it the whole time. It's not one of those companies that get too big for their britches. They have stayed consistent. They always have friendly staff and great options! Fun kid sized options for kids too!

The staff is super nice. The atmosphere is perfect for a first time meetup with a date. It's quiet enough for chit chatting and study buddies I've seen gather there.

Seriously, phenomenal service and they literally make my drink consistently amazing every single time without fail! *coming from a fellow barista, I can tell you the key is in the consistency in drink excellence as it’s an art & skill we hone & perfect, knowing your customer base & their needs so they feel at home and service with a warm smile no matter the time of day….these guys hit the nail on the head every time! So yum & thank you for the chailcicle no espresso/no whip extra ice 2x blended! You all rock❣☺

Beans and Brews over Starbucks 9 days outta the week. Frozen Mr. B’s and pickle ball on a sunny day is such a good combo!

A shame they don't offer equal or sweetnlow. Stinks to pay $7 for a coffee only half the way you take it. But otherwise the staff was awesome. And the coffee is very good.

I come here often, and also place a lot of door dash orders from this location. My service in store has always been great, but I wish the same attentiveness was placed on my delivery orders.

When I called to place a large takeout order for my office and was told they didn't do that kind of thing, I was initially concerned I wasn't going to have a good experience. However, turns out they just want you to come inside so they can dazzle you with their excellent service. Everyone was SOOO friendly and they powered through my order, having it ready in 10 min. Food and drinks were all delicious, absolutely no complaints. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

Great drive-thru service with awesome customer service. Wait times can be a little long, but that's a given with staffing issues that are plaguing our country at this time. Regardless the staff is kind and I don't mind waiting for a well-crafted drink. Food is great too if you need a quick bite to eat. Love coming to this location after my haircuts.

Hands down the BEST beans and brews location. I am a regular at this location specifically, for good reason. The employees truly make a difference in my day. I have to give a shout out to Meg because she is just so sweet, she really puts in effort and gets to know regulars. Morning shift deserves a raise! Indoor seating permitted. Excellent customer service! We stopped in very late right before closing. I hate being "those people"... but I desperately needed a hot tea to settle my stomach. The staff graciously welcomed and greeted us with smiles and quickly worked to get us our beverages without any complaint. All 3 behind the counter made sure that our order was correct despite the fact that they were set to close for the evening. The extra time they spent to make our experience a positive one was greatly appreciated! This is a newly opened location. Immaculate and smartly designed. There is ADA parking and access available. Hot and cold beverages such as Coffee, Teas, Frozen Lemonade. Also, delicious sandwiches and sides are not to be missed. They have a large variety of roasted coffee and a fine selection of tea for purchase along with merchandise. We're so glad we have a locally owned and operated business in Bountiful that we can support because we love to #supportlocalbusinesses! Kudos!

Staff is ALWAYS super friendly! Tried the new Blue Bird energy drink. OMG! Officially my new favorite summertime drink!!

When you need to have your caffeine fix, there is no other place to go. Their coffee is amazing and it's really priced affordably. I refuse to go to the other brand name place. I get what I need here and I don't have to pay a fortune.

I love coming here to hang out, and draw ^^ I really like the seating, and how late they stay open

So far I've only tried their Iced Caramel Cielo, but if their other drinks are as delicious as that one I'm looking forward to try them too!

Great fast service, not sure what the girls name is that most always helps us out but she is very nice an polite. If you worked the window on 8/31/2021 around 630 in the morning that's you great job and I look forward to our next visit

Very friendly Baristas, but the drinks can be a bit off. Other locations make better drinks. Still the best coffee chain!
