Wow very happy with this store! This is the only parts store I've enjoyed giving my business too. We had a misunderstanding but they made it right. Huge thanks Joshua and Mikel! You made me feel valued and appreciated! Happy to know you'll be there the next time I need a part!

I use O'Reilly's free battery charging service on a regular basis. I recently dropped a battery off to be charged and attempted to pick it up 2 days later. The battery was lost. Josh was nice enough to find me a replacement at no charge. Good people to work with.

This was my first online order with in-store pickup. I was a little nervous as I saw just about every employee not wearing a mask during Utah’s record spike in Covid-19 cases, and I am also a high risk individual. As I approached the counter, the super nice gentleman that acknowledged me put on his mask before interacting with me. He was professional, courteous, and very friendly. Thank you for the outstanding service! I’ll be back.

I love this store. The manager Kristen is awesome. The staff works hard and is helpful. They have a complete inventory and if something is not available they get it really fast. Ive been using this store exclusively for 6 years and am very happy.

There are people who go to work and then there is those who stand out. Not only did Kolby help me change my headlight, he taught me how to do it myself. I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond! He is one of the BEST associates I've met over the years!

Battery died last evening, got it jumped. Drove right to the O'Reilly auto parts store. Upon walking in (Luckily) I got a warm smile, because I wasn't having the greatest of days. Trey helped me pick a battery out, I asked him if he could help me install. His response was quick and accurate with a "of course." As soon as I paid for the battery, Trey had it in his hands ready to install it. Popped open the hood, he got the old nonworking battery out of the casing. He noticed that the old battery had a date on it that was in the warranty time frame. He said after we install this battery lets check and see if its still in warranty. Once and installed and checked to see if my vehicle started properly, we went into the store and check the warranty. Sure enough Trey was right. I'm hoping this review finds Trey and how great of customer service he showed. I believe that he went above and beyond his role as a representative of O'Reilly Auto Parts and hope he gets recognized by his attention to detail. Great Job Trey!!

This location was awesome they replaced my wipers and fuse for my radio. Loved the service thank you!

These guys are awesome!!! My husband and I stopped in a few nights ago to get a headlight for my car. The 2 guys working were very helpful and pointed us in the direction of the correct bulb. We then went out to install it and had a bit of a hard time. One of the guys ended up coming out to help us and we got it all squared away but we noticed my battery mount was missing a bolt. He ran inside and grabbed an extra and then screwed it on for us. Great customer service!

Everytime I go in to get items for my car I always make sure I have Corbin help me out. He knows his stuff and he walks me through everything before I do anything. He is awesome! Thank you Corbin!!

I had water in my radiator and forgot to empty it so when it got cold it froze. Luckily it just pushed my plugs out instead of cracking the engine block. I travel in my RV so I parked in the parking lot overnight. When I went in the guy working was so awesome he told me the other business had come and complained about me parking overnight. I told him the issue. He asked how much I had to spend on getting it fixed. I told him really none like $12. He told me he knew a traveling mechanic and immediately called him. He then proceeded to get the plugs I needed and paid for them. When the mechanic got there he also paid him to put the plugs in. I tried to give him my money and he wouldn't take it. He said he just wanted to get me taken care of and make sure I was mobile again. It was incredible. Best O'Reilly ever!

The guy in the back was very responsive to helping me get a new water pump. He even came out to my car to make sure we had the right engine type. He was the only guy on shift back there so he had to answer 2 phone calls but even then he was quick and precise. Even gave me a discount on the part after searching for a few minutes for it since it had been out in the wrong place. All of the staff was friendly, though I do wish they had a sign saying there was a desk you could go to in the back. It felt weird walking through the curtain. But I would Definitely would go again.

I was helped by Darwin and Connor on my last project. Both took great care of me! I have always had great experience at O'Reilly. One of the reasons I keep going back.

Great customer service! I purchased a oil change package and after changing my oil, discovered I was sold the wrong oil filter. Oil was spewing everywhere. I called the store and they were very apologetic and gave me a complete new oil change package which was waiting at the door when I walked in 20 minutes later. Customer for life.

Although it probably is real simple, I've fought with wiper blades too many times. So in finding some blades for my daughters Seqoaia,
Store employee Kirsten, offered to put the blades on.. Completing it in like 2 seconds.
I'm impressed... Nice service is hard to find!

I had a power steering pump fail in under a year, not real happy about that. But the guy had to look for the part in the system, he was super patient, didn't worry about it, found the part exchanged the failed pump no questions asked.
I installed the pump and was on my way

Pleasantly surprised. I went in looking for things to winterize a boat. The young lady helping me knew exactly what I needed, and showed me where to find it in the store. In and out in just a few minutes! Thank you!

I broke down in the parking lot and the workers there were so kind and was willing to do whatever they could to help. Including borrowing tools (not rentals) and taking parts off. I know I wouldn't have had this kind of help from their competitors. I know now I will only shop at O'Reillys.Thank you!

They always go above and beyond to help me find what I need or point me in the right direction. I've saved money here over the other local stores, but the more important thing to me is the level of service. These guys get it.

Service was excellent. We had a bad battery and they diagnosed it well as letting me use tools to take out and replace battery on site. No need to go home and come back and go home ...
