Good customer service and helpful associates!

I love it here. Staff is pretty cool, I only had one incident where a supervisor scolded a cashier while I was inline and I called the manager to stand up for the cashier. For the most part staff keeps the place clean and organized. They are also quite professional. I often choose the food lion over the Walmart on the same street.

Great prices on quality food

Management and team are always happy, smiling and super helpful with what ever it is i need even if i use the words the thingy that goes on top of the stuff that melts when they mix?!?! They know exactly what i mean and where it it!! They are all around a good store and always well kept stocked and clean!!

Haven't been in a Food Lion since I lived in North Carolina. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff and management very helpful. The only i had problems with was using the restroom. I am in a wheelchair and use the store's power cart for shopping. The bathrooms are not designed for handicapped customers. I had trouble opening the door to leave the bathroom. Because of the tight space design I couldn't reach the sink to wash my hands. The basket on the power cart prohibited me from getting close enough. But still a nice store.

Love Food Lion! My Food Lion is the best of them all tho but I'm sure I'm a little prejudice since I'm in there a couple times a week. Always clean & well stocked on daily essentials. If they are out of a sale item, getting a raincheck is no problem. The employees are nice.

Great store. Wonderful service. Was in there Tuesday before hurricane Florence all registers where open people working where happy. They had everything in stock maybe not the brand you wanted but had some type of it. Had not raised prices. Did not have to wait long to check out. Thank you Food Lion......

Love the Deli-Lady! She knows exactly what I want (Hard Salami) cut paper thin. She's the best! Love the cashiers like Ramona and Jo. Great place to shop.

Not the fanciest grocery store, but my favorite in the area. Just a simple, no-frills place to get your food. There’s a few things they sell here that I have a hard time finding elsewhere, such as the shaved beef and the bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapeños. I pass a bigger, newer Bi-Lo that’s within walking distance to come here. The people are all friendly as well.

Tisha did an amazing job! She's very personable with above average customer service skills! She's definitely Management material fit to train other's to follow her foot steps! I'll be shopping there more often from now on!
