Walmart Supercenter

I was at the Walmart today located at 605 St James Ave.i had several items to return. I was 5th in line and as a stood there I was amazed at the associate behind the counter. She was dealing with each customer in a fast and efficient manner and when they left I could tell they were happy. When it became my turn I showed her two items that I purchased from the Mt Pleasant store and she said no problem. The bar codes had faded so I told her not to worry about it. Janice told me that she would take care of the problem. She looked up the item and gave me a refund. While doing she was carrying on a conservation with me...very pleasant to talk to and was excellent doing her job!!!I could sense her dedication to her job. Janice gets 5 diamonds.....not stars! When you need great service with a smile find Janice!!! She should be trainning others there!!!

I want to praise one of your managers, Jenny, on her Super-hero level of patience.
I was at the customer service counter returning something and Jenny was helping a couple next to me who were berating her for not being able to return something bought at the River's Walmart.
Even after explaining to them that they could return their item to the Rivers location and her not being able to change that fact.
The female customer kept aggressively Karen'ing her and asking for the complaint number and what her name was.

On a separate note: If someone makes a complaint or neg. review about Jenny and/or about not being able to return something. Those people were 100% in the wrong and deserve to have Bedbugs.
Jenny was absolutely professional.

Moncks Corner, SC Walmart is a very nice store. Very friendly atmosphere and courteous service. The management team is certainly doing a fantastic job. I must commend the store manager and all of the hard working and friendly folks that work there!

This is the first time I used this i used this Walmart for pick up. I went today and only waiting about 10 mins. The young guy that did brought out my stuff was very polite and respectful. I went around 7 at night. anlsomethingtoday

Went to return a few things. Very easy to do. I returned what I had and got what I needed.

Really great, We had a problem with the card and despite one lady brought s a not really kind help, she took s to another lady cashier that really helped us trying many times and waiting a lot to solve te problem, so we did it thanks her. God bless them all

Great customer service. Store and bathrooms (Can't speak for the mens bathroom) are always clean. Great price.

7:00 a.m. on a Wednesday morning is an awesome time to go to Walmart. I had already looked up everything I needed online had it loaded in my cart, was able to walk straight in already had the aisle numbers picked up what I needed and out 5 minutes no must no fuss

I love this Walmart it's not far from my house and it's very convenient they usually have everything I need.

Adrienne I believe was her name (tag said team lead) She went above and beyond to assist me with a WIC issue. She was patient and understanding. Self check out was not accepting WIC and I was told to go to customer service and they would assist me there. I was still having issues with the card and purchase even though the items were ringing up WIC approved. I offered to pay at this point because I was frustrated and holding up a long line. She said no let me see one more thing and she walked to the back came back up and did something and bingo it worked. Thank you for helping a distressed mom.

I absolutely adore the energy of the ladies in Customer Service and front end! They’re so sweet and embraced the holiday season by wearing festive hats. They’re always so kind and have such a positive attitude that just makes me smile. 🥰 Thank you all for providing a memorable and inspiring experience. 💙

This is my favorite Walmart. Im a full-time crossdresser. I mainly know where the women's department is, I know where they got women's shoes are and I know where the beauty section is.
Yes I get a lot of different looks from multiple people.

This location had most of the items where as other location's had sold out of items.

I picked up a drive up order and it went really well. I checked in on the way and checked in to my parking spot when I got there and my groceries were outside in less than a minute.

Able to find what I'm looking for but the lines and get in and get out. It was busy however the lines were not long which is a great thing. Hope it stays like this all the time.
