My go to location for all of my home home needs. Always nice and clean.. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. Even though they move things around everything is sort it in a way that makes it easy to find what you need.

It’s cool inside and the air is always on even though the doors in the outside area are open and closed often

This is a high traffic Lowe's, and even with all that is going on inside, you can find good customer service and courtesy. Sandra in the lumber department helped me locate the bar code and photograph it, so I didn't have to carry it up front and then back again to be cut. Cynthia at the register was friendly in seemed happy to be there, despite the morning traffic at the registers. David in wood cutting was a really popular guy on a Saturday morning , and he handled my cutting job quickly and courteously. Good people doing good work. Thanks to all of you!

The guy who help out in wire cutting station was amazingly super patient tho its not his normal station adapted an help me get what I needed thanks

Just bought our Christmas tree. Great selection and service was stellar! Damien made a fresh cut on the trunk saving us some work and Ryan C helped us holding trees and carried our purchase to the truck for us. Competitive pricing and being expectations. Way to go Lowes on St. James!

Steven the forklift driver and bubba are outstanding from as soon as I walk in every morning until I leave everyone greets me with good mornings and hugs I couldn’t say enough ab Jonathen and the two Barbra’s. I love this store

As always, great service and friendly staff. This is the first time I've tried the online ordering and wait for a phone call or email to pick up. I put my order in about 8:45 at night at about 9:30 that evening I got a phone call in my order would be ready first thing in the morning. I showed up at 6:30 the order was ready, we loaded it in my trailer and away I went. Very very easy shopping experience.

These five stars belong to Mr. Mark from the paint area. He is always so attentive and kind whenever I am in the paint area. If he’s there, you won’t be hanging around long wondering what you need or if this will work for that. Each time I’ve been there, he shares his expertise and personal experience and he always gives options to consider. He’s great. My brother went in once and he came back talking about some guy in the paint area who helped him out. And sure enough, it was Mark. I hope I’ve got his name right.

Purchased $5000 worth of building materials to build a porch. We were shocked that our online pro orders were not visible in the store but grateful Shawn and Tony were there to help with our small return. LUMBER PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS! Hold off if you can.

Yesterday my husband and I had to purchase a crimped. Associate Peter helped us. He provided excellent service and was very pleasant!

Clayton C was beyond helpful and showed great customer service he helped me and my husband load our truck up with our new fencing we didn't have to ask for any assistance he took the initiative to help us when everyone else said that they were too busy

Had an outstanding experience here. Most recently we came in to purchase a Blackstone griddle and Mark helped us out big time. Got us all set up with the right stuff and we were on our way. Extremely happy and of course we will be back soon.

Good, but they should put some more Christmas decorations out after the Black Friday sale, go after Dec. 1st there is no Christmas decorations.

Awesome service provided by Paul in the Home & Garden center. I can buy materials anywhere, but employees like Paul providing guidance, advice, & instruction is valuable to me. Paul helped load our truck for multiple trips, as well as having an infectious positive attitude & an unequaled sense of humor while doing so. I appreciate Lowe's & their convenient location, but I want to shop wherever Paul works. Do yourself a favor Lowe's, hold on to Paul. He treats customers right & is the reason they keep returning. I don't know what you pay him, but it isn't enough.

Store is clean and overall a good experience. Some days are better than others for getting help but could be worse! The curbside pick up can be hit or miss with the crowds. Sometimes you get it
Super quick and other times you have to wait 5-10 mins. I don’t blame them as I know retail is unpredictable sometimes with crowds. Good location

The girlfriend and I enjoy shopping for our new house and the staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell. We like the attention to detail and the questions they ask us to recommend different products. We will keep coming back here because we have many projects in the works and Lowes gives us the customer service we need.

This is a great Lowes, the people are friendly, things are usually in stock, and you can find someone to help you. They have self checkout and regular. Plus a nice garden area.

I went to Lowe’s today and was looking for something to put on my grass to get rid of the mushrooms in my front yard. I talked to two Lowe’s representatives, Ms. Barbara and Ms. Debra, both women’s were helpful in helping me select a product to put in my grass to eliminate the Mushrooms. I want to thank both lady’s from stopping their work assignments duties to help me as a customer in finding a product for my yard. I will email back at the end of August 2023, to let the lady’s know how this product works. Mr Duncan please give both lady’s their customer badges to wear on their vest, for helping out a store customer and going above and beyond the call of duty. I have also put a picture of the product in this text as well, in case anyone else is having these problems with Mushroom Cities in their front yard. So Far No Mushrooms has grown in my yard.

Excellent service at this location. We were very impressed with the sales associate in the grill section. We needed a specific item for our propane tank and it appeared out of stock. He could have kept on walking by but he stopped and asked if he could help. He asked us for details on what we were looking for, gave us his recommendation and when he noticed it looked out of stock, he went to a lot of trouble to pull around a rolling ladder and get it off a high shelf for us. We always have good dealings with associates here but Erin went above and beyond for us and because of that we enjoyed an awesome dinner that night. We thank you Erin M. ! Sorry it took us so long to give a review. (This was about two weeks ago) Give him a raise!

Always had what I needed everytime I've gone, whether for different size screws, lawn equipment, toilet paper holders, anything. Very friendly and helpful staff.
