AT&T Store

The only AT&T store worth going to. Robert and Chris were both helpful. Robert even took the time to look into a multi-day saga of phone trade ins, figure out what the system was saying, and offered to hold into our paperwork until we got the refunds to ensure they’re processed correctly. Great humans at this store.

What a great experience we had with Robert at the Beitner location. He took the time to find the best plan for us and explain our options, then helped us choose a new phone and the accessories we needed. There was zero rush and zero push to buy anything. Hands down my new favorite store to go to! Thank you Robert!

Very friendly and nice! Walked in looking for a new phone and to switch from my old carrier. Helped me right way and only took roughly 45 minutes to get me on a plan with a new phone. Fastest time I have ever experienced! I was helped by Chris B and a lovely lady that has been there for 7 year's (I didn't remember her name) but AMAZING employee's!!

The clerk was very knowledgeable and had my wife's phone repaired super quick. He even took time to help me with my Samsung phone . A very good experience.

I went in first thing this morning and was greeted by Brandon. I was having a rough day because my phone went for a swim last night in the lake, and would no longer work. Brandon worked tirelessly to help me as much as he could and find the best options for my scenario. He was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and perhaps most important to me- honest. You could tell he truly cared, he thought up multiple solutions to help me, very out of the box ideas and wanted to make the situation better. I have NEVER had this good of an experience before at a phone store. He even had me in and out in 40 minutes, record time (you know this if you've ever bought a phone- it can be an hours long process). He gave me great info to think about for the future, and I felt confident in my choices thanks to all of the information. I hope that management will consider what a great employee they have at this location, these customer service oriented people are rare, and he should be recognized and treated well. Nate who is a manager gives top notch service and cares. I’m the pic he is helping these two very difficult ladies with four other people in the store. He’s great at multitasking and keeps calm and is very knowledgeable. Thanks Nate!!

Great service I went to the at&t by Menards in travere city and they gave great service Rob was the worker there and another employee named kyle that wasn't working that day he was still there even thought he was there to get him self a case for his phone but he stayed the whole time we were there and gave great service even thought he didn't have to.

I would like to say how attentive all the staff were when my daughter and I came in. We got to meet all the staff, my phone wasn't the easiest to upgrade and decided to add a line for my daughter. I really appreciated the patience that Chris had with us. Nate and Dakota help assist with all of the new setups, a gal working that transferred everything to the new phone. Great team work and awesome customer service!!!! Definitely going back to the Chums location.

I recently underwent ACL surgery. I stopped into the store after my first appointment after surgery to upgrade my old phone to the new Z fold 4. Lee and the rest of the AT&T team were more than accommodating; moving, rearranging things, and willing to work low to the ground from a little stool all so I could sit on a lether bench with my legs up. The whole team was very attentive; doing everything that they could too ensure that my visit was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thanks guys. (Loven the new phone by the way. It's nice in my current situation, stuck at home most of the time. Thanks again)😁
