This store in Folsom, CA is not only very neat and clean, but all the items were organized. The employees and cashiers were very helpful, and the prices very reasonable, especially the many that were discounted. They also provide you with little shopping carts at the front so you can put your purse and items in it while shopping.

Had to do a return today without my receipt, the cashier made it a very easy transaction to take care of. She Even helped me to ring up another item and remind me about my discounts.

Kohl's always has some good deals on stuff, especially when they have their sales. They have some interesting kitchen gadgets and not that Christmas is coming they will have even more interesting things.

On a recent visit to Kohls, to pick up a makeup item in Sephora, I heard an announcement over the intercom saying all yellow tagged, clearance items were discounted an additional 40 percent at the register. Long story short, there were lots of yellow tagged clothing and, I ended up buying 7 items for under $40.00, with a savings of over $220.00 . What a deal!

And the check out clerk was so positive and helpful, taking the extra time to apply every discount available. She was courteous & knowledgeable about Kohls, reflecting pride in her job. What a fun shopping experience!

I recently had need of a plain white baseball cap. I found one at this store that was okay but wasn’t exactly what I needed. Karen guided me to every cap display in the store. She was very friendly, patient and personable. In the end we couldn’t find a more suitable option so I purchased the first one that I found. Karen went well out of her way to help and made my visit to Kohl’s a very positive one. Such excellent customer service is rare these days.
