I had a wonderful experience in purchasing my bike today with Will; the salesperson in the bike section. Will spent hours with me to explain the function of a cruiser vs. electric bike; he supported me while test riding the bike within the store, then after I decided to buy the cruiser he put the bike together for me! Finally, he place my bike on my new bike rack after clocking out from work! Will went above and beyond the call of duty! Kudos to Will and the manager who hired him; you now get five stars because of Will! Thank you, Will for your great customer service! Lisa

OMG! This is a big store! It has everything you need plus more. Then only place you need to go for all sports and camping I'm just amazed! They have EVERYTHING! Great attitudes and wonderful service!

Definitely the best overall sports store I'm the area. Large store with a wide variety of footwear, apparel and equipment for pretty much every sport. What you can't find in the store can most likely be found and ordered on their website. Also had a good selection in multiple price ranges. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great service at the Folsom store. An employee went above and beyond to track down a kayak for me. Whereas when I went kayak shopping at the Roseville store and asked for help I waited at least 10 then finally just walked out of the store.

Dick's has a culture unlike any other sporting good store. They have assistance a customer's fingertips. Throughout the store [in every department and in their fitting rooms] are "Need Help" buttons with an accompanying sign. So wherever you are on the sales floor, if you push that button, a team member is flagged and will be at your location within moments to assist you. Even if the person coming to your request doesn't have an exact answer, they can radio other members for guidance. They have a lot experts in different areas. As a consumer, knowing these tips will allow a pleasurable experience every time at Dick's.

Curbside pickup was easy and fast. They brought my kayak that I just bought out to my truck and put it in for me. What great service!

Staff was all exceptionally helpful from individual departments to check stand. We felt great going into the season knowing gear was sized appropriately, etc... we'll be back as kids grow!

We ordered online and waited in the parking spot in the front and waited only a few minutes to have our things brought out to the truck. Fast safe and easy.

Always a great place to get athletic gear for most common sports, incredible shoe selection even clearance, plenty of choices for fishing although you won't find the best pricing as a specialty store, you can find a huge variety of things here. Always getting my sweaters here

Very wide selection of outdoors gear, hunting tools, and everything you could ever need for every major sport. On top of that there is atheletic shoes and clothes so it really is a one stop shop for anything you could want for any outside activity.
