They are as usual the best pharmacy team in Dana Point. Kathy took care such good care of me, with a couple of my prescriptions that were not ready, she never ceases to amaze me. It was the end of the day and she still with a smile

I am a cancer survivor, so I come here regularly for my prescription needs.

Cathy at the pharmacy desk is awesome and always smiling! She is very warm and professional, the perfect balance. Even when the line is long, she is pleasant and thorough.

Jimmy the Pharmacist goes above and beyond to give excellent customer service. He gives great attention to detail and doesnt stop until he solves the medication/insurance issues.

I come here specifically to this location for the excellent customer service!

Well stocked and clean store. The pharmacists are friendly and helpful.

The currently have rapid covid tests and 6 other pharmacies did not.

Aside from the occasional 8-minute wait in line at the pharmacy, the store contents are what we need and not overflowing with promotional stuff. All the staff are courteous and helpful.

The pharmacist was very rude to me. My prescription was written for 25 days. He wrote for 30 days and was rude to me that he had to change it to 25 days. I have had problems with CVS pharmacies three times this year and filed three complaints with your complaint department. I have gone to three different CVS pharmacies and only one could do the job correctly.

This is a nice group of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, however, the CVS RX process and customer experience fails almost every time. If the CVS Rx staff are passionate about their jobs as well as the customers they service in the local community, then all CVS Pharmacy staff (yes all of you behind the counter) need to address the customer experience with your corporate office. Escalate the complaints and take a stand with your customers, not against them. Requiring customers to bounce back and forth between drop off and pick up, multiple times (it was 4 times today) is simply unacceptable. An easy solution is to install multiple systems at each Rx bay, or allow the customer to work with a single point of contact when handling their Rx transactions. The CVS Rx process is absolutely horrible and is a total detriment to a positive customer experience.

Another solution is for all CVS customers to transfer their business to a local pharmacist. Perhaps then, maybe, just maybe someone at CVS pharmacies would address this issue and implement positive change to the customer experience.

Do not go to this pharmacy , if you do expect a horrific experience with the pharmacy and the customers.
