There are so many fun things to browse and shop at Barnes & Nobles! There's a book for anyone and everyone. There's trinkets, journals, games, vinyls, magazines, and more. There's a cute Cafe inside so you can grab a drink and/or snack. Everything is neatly organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely a fun place to visit and browse.

No complaints about B and N. Wonderful bookstore that stays with the times if not ahead
of. Hardcover,softcover, latest magazines. If they don't have it, chances are they can get it.
Wonderful, large cafe within the store too.
They've survived digital. Always hope they continue to do so.

I always find great stuff other than books to buy at Barnes and Noble. On my visit I asked Josh if they had action figures and I ended up buying my first Gundam. Saved me from ordering it online and hoping Amazon wouldn’t mess up the shipping. Thanks Josh.

They were out of the book I wanted but were able to answer my questions right away and told me 6 orders of it had been placed. They have so many options for learning activites and books that relate to children. I home school and found some new material I was hoping for! I will be going back multiple times this year because no other book store or online site is as easy to navigate or as satisfying to shop from!

Great selection of books as well as journals, and gifts...don't forget to stop at the Cafe for a drink and a treat.

I’m actually very happy with the service that I get from ordering books and pre-ordering books online from this company. I got a book signed by the author, just today, that I ordered back in April and unfortunately it came in damaged from manufacturing. They offered great solutions. The first was me keeping the book for 50% off or they would replace it for free and I get to keep the copy that I got still. I’ve never had issues ordering books until this happened and I’m very happy with those solutions.

This is one of the most amazing bookshop I have visited in my life.

Largest B&N I've ever seen. Nice selection of vinyl but no Kpop CD section. Great magazine newsstand. Found Juice Magazine here today - best skateboard mag ever!

It seems this B&N has expanded their YA, Art, and travel section. I was surprised to see the wide selection of books they didn't have before. The sale section is great as always and the staff is always helpful without being pushy. Some books were the same price in store as Amazon, but most we're 15-20% cheaper on Amazon ( which isn't enough savings for me not to just buy them in B&N).

Came in looking for a specific book. The gentleman at the customer service desk was super friendly, upbeat and eager to help.

When I told him the name of the book, he looked it up and repeated the whole title back super loud "Stop walking on eggshells, taking your life back when someone you care about has borderline personality disorder" 😄😄😄

I found the interaction hilarious but I also thought about how a person dealing with someone with BPD would be embarrassed if this happened to them because it is a touchy subject.

No intentional harm, no foul. Dude was super cool, led me to the section where the book was and got it for me. Check out was brisk.

Hang out, looking at books and magazines. Get a coffee or an espresso and watch the college kids pretend to study. Staff is always helpful, just ask.

Very helpful staff, they were running a fundraiser for a community organization while I was there. A gentleman handed me a coupon that put part of my purchase towards a donation to the organization he was with.

It's nice to see larger chain stores performing local outreach like this!

I love B&N but we don't have one in our town. We happened to be in Vestal and I wanted to stop. They had so many cool things, I definitely could have found something for everyone on my Christmas list there, not just books, but games and other cool gift ideas. I ended up getting the newest Nook (Nook Glowlight 4) it's my 1st time owning any sort of E Reader, the staff was great at helping me choose which one to get and how to get started. They had a line of customers, however, the cashier still took the time to explain and help me decide which one to get. The only thing I would recommend is they kept them behind the cashier counter so I as a newbee couldn't look at them and ask a staff member questions, I had to wait till I got in line and then do all that with a cashier, she was great but the line was long so if course, she had to hurry and You could tell the customers in line were annoyed and inpatient. I would recommend they put them in the the electronics area, they have a staff/ counter person in the area that would be able to take more time with questions as well as ensure nobody was trying to steal. They could always keep them behind glass etc. But overall I loved my visit here and enjoyed browsing all the cool stuff

The service is impeccable! I like going straight to the service desk for assistance when I can't find a title or locate a title.

Very inviting place. The fact that they have coffee in the store is a big plus. Pretty much every time I go for a book, I also want coffee, and the feeling of killing those birds with one stone is always satisfying.

Went to get a coffee there at the Starbucks and they make an excellent cup of coffee. The book store is awesome as always with many good sales on popular books. This location has a nice vibe to it and just the perfect place to read and have your favorite cup of coffee and other treats.

There aren't a whole lot of big box bookstores left (cough Amazon cough), so it's a gem if that's what you're looking for. Coffee smell hits you when you walk in the door, and there's plenty of happy readers wandering around.

When I was there, they had a free children's story time. It was in the back of the store, so if kiddos aren't your thing, you wouldn't even know that was going on unless you walked into it.

Clean store, clean bathrooms.

Great place to find books, games, & vinyl records. The coffee shop is not part of Starbucks though so no earning or using your stars.
