They were slammed with customers inside and in the drive-thru but still managed to get the orders out with professionalism despite eye rolls and grumbling inside. My grandson had a blast in the play area. Well trained and pleasant folks working well under pressure.

Very well and pleasing food was fresh and hot also there were about 5 cars ahead of me and it went by in a timely manner. Overall I am very happy with the visit

Very busy at dinner time but a good visit

Been to many McDonald's across the U.S. This has to be by far the BEST one ever. Service with a smile and politeness. Extremely clean and food made with care.

We got smoothies and cinnamon rolls. They were delicious. The people were in a hurry and busy, but not mean. McDonald's needs more vegetarian options.

Just through the drive thru for a coke, but didn't wait long at all and drink was good and refreshing.

The service is always excellent and the food is always good. I went the other day and got a pleasant surprise. They gave me a free blueberry muffin. I assume trying out a new product. It was absolutely delicious. I hope that they keep it available because I will be ordering it. :-)

Food was hot and fresh. My fries were perfection. Fast and efficient. Definitely will visit again

Love there breakfast stuff

The girl that served our food was super nice and funny and she joked around with my husband and I and I like when we can have a good laugh and the serving people don't act like they hate their life,lol

Ordered food from here through Doordash and the Doordash driver spilled the drink and then proceeded to leave a whole drink spilled in a bag at our door. Doordash refused to leave us a refund or help us so we went to the McDonalds directly and they helped us out with a replacement after acknowledging that the Doordash driver was acting really off. The two individuals who helped us were very understanding and helpful and I can honestly say that I plan on coming back to this specific place in the future. Good service and food are really some of the most important aspects at a fast food place so. THANK YOU FOR BEING KIND!

Fast and always right with orders. Staff isnt always super cheery but they havent ever been rude or depressed either. Usually just a blahs kind of mood if anything. Very considerate and will help with any questions you have!

I am so pleased this location has been remodeled and now has a Playplace. My kids love it! The crew members are polite and the place is always clean. Service is quick and friendly!

This is super delayed, but back in 2017, I was doing a road trip and went through the area.

Little did I know it would be life changing. Wife and I went through the drive-through, it was good, in line with every other Mickey D’s we’d been to. We parked on the side to dig into our meals. Both ordered Filet O’Fish.

I opened my box to reveal the most perfect Filet O’Fish in my life. Perfectly rounded bun, toasted to perfection. No char, just a beautiful radial gradient of brown to dark chocolate. It was like the commercials. I bit into the tantalizing treat, and it delivered. The fish patty’s crunchy exterior contrasted so beautifully with the hot and juicy interior, I thought I had died and gone to Golden Arches Heaven.

To this day, whenever I visit a McDonald’s and try their Filet O’Fish, I still think wistfully of that fine autumn day when my taste buds were carried to seventh heaven.

Who would have known that Vestal, NY was the Mecca of McDonald’s?

Very long wait time unorganized

Drive-thru was speedy and employees were friendly. My two sugar-free vanilla iced coffees were delicious. I will be back!

Clean place nice people

Had lunch yesterday at Vestal Mcdonalds and we were extremely pleased and surprised how good out food was. Fries were hot! Burgers excellent. Last week had lunch at McDonald's in Norwich, won't do that again. Terrible food cold fries. Opened bag in car nurger was sitting on bottom of bag not in box
