Very nice people am very helpful. Food quality is excellent.

By far the nicest Dunkin Donuts I have been in yet and I have been in quite a few over the years. Clean and good variety of things to choose from. But the best part of the experience was the customer service here. I went in weary from a long hard week today looking for coffee and something to eat and they were just so nice in there. Genuinely friendly, fast service with a smile. My coffee and sandwich were awesome. Definitely will be back again. :)

These folk are usually very good. Today, the cashier accidentally charged me twice for one of my donuts. I wouldn't have even noticed the error - he brought up the order again and caught it. He apologized repeatedly, offered a refund or another donut. Very classy way of handling it - o was impressed.

This used to be my favorite Dunks, then it seemed to be not real great employee/customer service-wise for quite a while and I was sad. Went today and saw new (friendlier!) faces, and was helped by a very nice employee. Hopefully trending back to how they used to be...clearly needed to get rid of some not good for business employees.

Self-service, make your own coffee, and pay the bill

It was a rainy mid-morning the driving line was really long but it went smoothly I know that the inside part was packed because it was full of cars in the parking lot. But the service at the window was fast and friendly my breakfast sandwich was hot my coffee was wonderful my granddaughters strawberry drink was made very well great service very friendly despite the fact that they were so busy everything was perfect

This dunkin donuts in vestal is awesome! I went through the drive through and got the wrong coffee! I called and they more then made up for it. They had an employee bring the correct coffee to my work and also brought me a 1/2 dz donuts and a box of muchkins! This is the first time I ever had a problem and the service is always fast and friendly!

Best Dunkin experience I've had yet. Nicest employee and yummiest hot sandwich and perfect iced latte for the best price. I couldn't be happier this afternoon! Thank you.

This Dunkin is usually top notch. Really all I care about from a Dunkin donuts is that the coffee/ food is fresh, and made right, and the server isn't a jerk. Anything beyond that your expectations are too high. This Dunkin consistently gets my order right, everything tastes good from every visit in recent memory, haven't left thinking "wow that guy was a jerk" in some time. 5 stars: earned.

I have never had a bad experience at this DD which is something I can't say for the rest near me. Food and drinks are always great here and staff is friendly and professional

This is a place I always go when visiting relatives here to get that great Dunkin Donuts coffee. The crew is friendly and efficient and the service is great!

Always GOOD coffee! Don't buy the donuts anymore as they have gotten too costly.

I love trolling this place at the drive thru window but they always get the order correct and if they don't they have no problem fixing it immediately

Always a classic taste and friendly staff. The wait can be tough in rush hours for commutes and around lunch.

This place I doing better now, the had problems with associates not cleaning floors n tables, but they have turned it around
