CVS

I came to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, the computer said the prescription was out of stock, but they were slow so pharmacist went above and beyond and went to check the safe and it happened to be available, I got it filled in less then 10 minutes! Also the techs and the pharmacist were so kind to my baby she was having so much fun! I come here all the time and sometimes have a longer wait or the prescription isn't in stock but I think that's to be expected, some stuff is out of their control and I know they are overworked since I always see the same people there all times of the day. I think that when people go the extra mile to make something happen and are friendly that is a 5 star moment, and when things dont go so great you can't blame good people who are trying their best.

Lucy is so kind and helpful every single time I come to store she helps me be ready with all the things I need! She is an amazing team member for the CVS store! Thank you Lucy!

Great customer service. I went to CVS at Bay Ridge to shop because my online order kept getting canceled. I reached out to Ms. Anja when I was shopping. I told her my problem with the online order, and she did not hesitate to help me. It took her less than 10 minutes. I placed an order for in-store pickup on my phone, and it worked. I can't speak for the Pharmacy staff, but the staff in the store while shopping here are very helpful.

Shopping inside the store is fine but the pharmacy needs help and the drive thu is rarely open. Under staffed and changing of staff is common. This has caused problems with lack of medicine that you need and long wait lines or times to get your meds. Very frustrating!

Many times in my past experiences with any CVS pharmacy I almost cringed before I have to pick up a prescription but today at the drive-thru at this location, I encountered a very compassionate kind-hearted young lady. It was so refreshing to see a younger individual Express compassion and, being the change that we want to see in the world. You have no idea what somebody is going through on the other side so expressing a little compassion can take anyone a long way, weather at that has to be on the giving or the receiving end of things. Thank you to the associate that was at the drive-thru at 7:00 p.m. today! My daughter and I are so grateful that you were there to help us.

Kudos to the pharmacist. But one star for CVS corporate. The poor guy was there by himself, not even a tech to help. He had to handle the register, the drive thru, his actual job of filling prescriptions and answering questions, plus give people Covid and flu shots. I don’t know how CVS corporate expects one person to do all that, but he was doing a great job. Calm and professional the whole time.

Wanted to share my experience picking up meds for my 2 sons on 11/17/20 midday. Stephanie, who is a pharmacy technician, was wonderful and went out of her way to make sure that these meds were run thru insurance. Others, previously, have forgotten to run thru insurance. The pharmacy was very busy and possibly short staffed but the staff that was working all were hard working, pleasant and worked as a team. I watched as they dealt with customers who were angry because insurance would not pay for meds or angry because they had to show ID for certain meds or angry due to meds not available and this was all handled professionally by Stephanie, the gentleman who was the pharmacist and the rest of the team. Thank you!

Main store opens at 8:00 am not 7:00am. Staff is really friendly. Honestly though there is only so much two people can do. They need to have more people working at this location. It is pretty busy

they were incredibly helpful and were able to provide assistance with an issue that I was having with my insurance company. Patient and professional!

The manager in the pharmacy was very helpful & polite as well as the others. The front end cashier's with the pink hair was very very polite. Excellent customer service!!!!!

Don't know what's up with the bad reviews. I've never really had any problems with this CVS. I will continue to shop there.
