Kimberly Barrett, the Postmaster at Shady Side, went repeatedly out of her way to help me find out a package that had been misdirected. I'm quite amazed by the level of service and am very appreciative.

Always friendly and thorough!! They have helped me successfully ship THOUSANDS of books (as an independent author) and countless other personal packages!! One of the best Post Offices I’ve ever dealt with. Grateful they are part of our community!!

Quick good service, no lines

Packages never come on time, receives emails saying my driveway isn’t accessible when it does not need to.
Mail person also broke part of the mail box while trying to shove a package too big for the mail box.

Delivery drivers seem that they don't know how to do this job, second time in two months I've not gotten my packages or they have sent it to another address on my block. Doesn't seem like it's hard to look at stuff before putting in a mail box or sort the mail out better to make sure you have it set for the right address......

yet again packages left out in the pouring rain. at least leave them between the screen door and front door if there’s no bag in your vehicle. wish amazon/ups would stop dropping off at shady side. they obviously dont care/have enough to do.

The fact this post office has lost the most mail I’ve ever received is atrocious. Recovering stuff sent in late March, to seeing packages sit at this place for days. Fix it.
