My experience at TMobile has been phenomenal, everyone at the store has been super wonderful to me. I wanted to especially recognize Odalis who has been taking care of me for over 2 years. Then I met Kyle Asst Manager & he's been exceptional, last but not least Kash upgraded me to Tmobile internet & so far so good! Thank you all for being an amazing Team!

Jessy is the type of employee I'd want in my own company. She's patient, kind and thorough. My mother was so happy. There could be more said about this employee, but i'm sure management already knows she's a candidate for promotion or a raise. Both would be well deserved. Thank you!

I have been expecting a survey, but it never came my way and I wanted to take some time to acknowledge how great my experience was at this location. I came in looking to acquire a new phone plan, and was greeted immediately. The associates called that it would be a few minutes as they helped other customers. An extremely refreshing gesture to be acknowledged so promptly. After which, the associate, Odalis, helped us very quickly and was very patient. Further more, I had forgotten my ID, and she informed us that we could come right back [even though it was near closing time] and she would be able to help us. I really needed the plan as quickly as possible, and this was a gesture she did not have to provide. All in all, my experience here was fantastic!

I was waiting for the survey link from T-Mobile but it never came so I’m writing a review instead. Adrian was the best customer service we’ve gotten from T-Mobile. He was friendly, helpful and quick. We came in right before closing and had a bunch of things for him to do and he did it all with a smile on his face. We were very happy with the service from him. Thank you, Adrian!

This location has excellent associates who are very knowledgeable and quick to serve. If there is something that can’t be done instead of just saying “no”, they will let you know that they can try but it would be up to customer service and then it would likely not be able to be done, but they are willing to try. This kind of attitude is rare, but if you find yourself nearby and need something from T-Mobile, stop at this location for the best customer service. I had a disconnected line they were able to reconnect and restart my monthly device payments. Instead of paying a phone bill that was around $500 I left with service after paying around $125. Thanks again T-Mobile and the associates at your Sunnyvale location.

super fast and easy experience! traded in three phones in ten minutes, the guy was extremely helpful with a pleasant attitude! wish i got his name, thanks for making this transaction easy for us! would highly recommend this store, clean and conveniently located among several shops including beside a safeway

I came today to downgrade my T-Mobile service because of some challenging finances I am having at the moment. Nick, the customer service representative, was very knowledgeable about the ways I could get better service and still be able to pay based on my tight budget. He was very professional, ethical, and, most of all, empathetic to my situation. I was planning to go to another cell phone provider. Still, after talking to Nick and getting a better deal without sacrificing my finances, I decided to continue with T-Mobile. 4 hours with customer service = 5 minutes at the store. Nicolas was awesome and solved an eSIM to eSIM transfer issue that stumped customer service and tech support for hours

I rarely have a 5 star experience, but today definitively was one of those rare occasions! Now I'm a loyal customer for many years, and enjoy Tmobile, but I don't usually get this kind of treatment anywhere. What made today extra special was the very detailed explanation Samir had for my girlfriend and I regarding our plan upgrade and promos. His thorough explanation was absolutely outstanding, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and made my experience really great with his knowledge and kindness. Would definitively come to this store for future visits!

Crowded so they gave me an appointment, which they kept! Didn't fix my problem but they did everything they could. This branch is way better than the "authorized reseller" near me, but my favorite is still the branch in Westfield Mall. When it's open.

Amazing staff at the Sunnyvale T-Mobile! I was assisted right away and Ashton was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get my new iPhone set up. This will be my new home store from now on. You guys rock!

This was a good store to go to if you are looking to purchase a new phone as they have a good inventory of phones. I went to a couple of other stores and this was the only store that had the iPhone I was looking for. The staff here were also very personable and I was in and out of the store in about 30 minutes!! Pretty good place for service so I would certainly recommend making a visit to this store!!

I'm a bit confused why such a low overall rating compared to other T-Mobile stores in the south bay. My experience was top notch and both Charles & Carlos helped out tremendously as I transitioned 4 lines over from Sprint to T-Mobile (even though 2 of those lines were technically opened through T-Mobile's website before I came into store). Charles made it extremely clear what the cost structure was for the T-Mobile ONE plan and all of its features. Having competitive, clear and concise cost structures is so refreshing compared to the cellular carrier I was with for 6 years prior. At the time, T-Mobile was offering BOGO deals on the iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus, and Samsung Galaxy S8. Carlos helped make the submission process really smooth, and when I had to swap out an iPhone X for a new one a couple weeks after I started my plan (no fault to T-Mobile but rather just getting a defective Apple iPhone), Carlos redid the redemption paperwork with the rebate department to ensure that I still qualified for the $700 debit card. He shot me a txt message the next day confirming that it was completed successfully! What amazing customer service. I had to come into store on numerous occasions, and there were always a few people around to help so it was never a long wait. Looking forward to being a long time T-Mobile customer.

It has been a couple of months since I upgraded to my Note 8 at this location and the help I received from Mayra was excellent. She made the transition easy. The service at this location has location has always been great.

Charles was real helpful and patient to help me with TMo's promo department over the phone. I had to leave the store before the department can resolve it, but Charles followed up few days a later to keep me updated. That is great service. If you're reading this, Tmo, he's a great asset to your business.
