Cute looking cafe with spacious seating serving Japanese pancakes. Never had them before so I just went with the original.

They have signs saying it takes 25 mins, so be sure to take that into account.

Pancake was thick and thick doughy, not overly sweet. Even with that huge blob of lightly-sweetened whipped cream, delicious!

Great change of pace from the typical donut or sweet dessert that begs to be washed down with coffee.

Would recommend and will be back.

Super tasty pancakes! I’ve actually never had soufflé pancakes before and my whole family really enjoyed these.

Be aware that this is not fast food!

The batter is made once you order and is cooked shortly after. This is basically a homemade process done for you by a friendly and talented staff but is does take some time. They advise that it takes about 25 minutes which is about how long our order of 5 dishes took but I think it could be much longer on the weekends. We had the original, chocolate, strawberry, and one matcha. All of them were good!
We bright our whole family and the dog thinking it would be short but dogs are not allowed inside. The cashier guy was super nice and offered to bring some chairs and tables outside which is not something they normally do but since they had extra tables and were not too busy they were able to accommodate us outside. It was very much appreciated and we really enjoyed all the food and the service was friendly and helpful.

I haven’t tried the authentic Japanese pancakes so I don’t really know what they are supposed to look / taste like, but I think Hanabusa pancakes are really good! They are super fluffy and tasty, not to sweet.
The place itself is also pretty pleasant and clean. There are a lot of tables, so it wasn’t an issue finding a spot. The pancakes do take a while to be prepared but I think they are worth it!

This place was soo cute place to be in and enjoyable to be with your friends or family that you can chat or play games at this place. It takes a bit while the food will be ready as it takes 25 minutes. As I tasted the strawberry pancakes, tasted very light and fluffy and sweet but the more you eat them it gets more sweeter. The drinks are something I'll come back for and the drink I got was mango tea tasted so good. Very pricey but affordable. You probably be paying yourself for $24 bucks otherwise if you are paying for others will be more than $24. Overall, that impressed me and will come back with my family's or freinds. I had good time over there.

Interesting ACG decorations. We liked the Kyubey tip box and the Heaven Official's Blessing playing on TV. The food was tasty, although they only had 4 options on the menu. We saw plenty of seats at 2pm on a Saturday.

Such a cute little place to eat at. I had no idea what to expect other than fluffy pancakes. There were four of us, so we got one of each of the flavors. You do have to wait about 25 min. For them to come out, but the decor and the anime on tv made up for it. We just watched the "fancy cars" drive by. We don't get to see some of the more expensive vehicles in our neck of the county. If you want a truely unique food, you have to stop there.

🥞 I’ve been told these Japanese soufflé pancakes @hanabusacafesv taste the same as ones in Japan. So, I was super excited to try their soufflé pancakes and it did not disappoint. 🤤

These soufflé pancakes were airy, flurry, and jiggly as they were meant to be. It felt like biting into a lightly sweet cloud. So yummy!

We ordered the Original Pancake 🥞, Strawberry Pancake 🍓, and the Matcha Pancake 🍵. All of them were light & delicious but not overly sweet which I love.

Oh, don’t forget the drinks that go perfectly with these yummy soufflé pancakes! 🍓The strawberry tea was so refreshing, 🥛the lychee-flavored milk has a hint of sweet floral in it, while ☕ the iced latte has a reasonably strong hit of coffee, but still creamy and refreshing at the same time.

Awesome customer service. Great little spot for a quick bite to eat, or a great place to relax and hang out with your friends or family.

PS. 💗 Please be patience when you come on the weekends. These are soufflé pancakes (not Denny’s pancake), so they take a little time.

Super soft fluffy pancakes. I really liked the strawberry pancakes. The Matcha ones didn't have too strong of a taste but did taste better with the whipped cream. It does take a little while for the pancakes to be prepped so just be mindful of that.

The cafe itself is really cute and clean. Probably crowded for breakfast or dinner, it wasn't crowded when I went (2 pm on a Sunday).

Pretty in pink cafe serving freshly prepared souffle cakes (3 per plate) light as a cumulus fluff cloud. Sauce on the side gives the cakes your flavor preference. Cut up fruit and a wallop of cream allows commingling of extra flavors and texture to the airy pancakes. It takes 25 minutes for preparation, so have a cup of tea while waiting. Do not share because, seriously, everyone should have their own!

Tastiest and fluffiest soufflé pancakes!! Their presentation is soooooo good. It takes atleast 25-30mins to prepare them but the wait is worth it. Totally recommend trying them out here. Also, they have a one special flavor every week 😊

The place is clean and has the softest pancakes ever. The employees are very kind as well. While there is a wait, there is a sign telling you as such and they make it very clear verbally. It's such a joy to come back every time

Excellent sweet-tooth source - a further North American franchise expansion in the West Coast US (followed by Chicago & Toronto).
Functional food, for the most part, with an extremely well-balanced taste, flavor & texture - with all the esthetic fringe benefits of the agile service, and well-designed calm space. PLEASE, DO NOT DISRESPECT the concept of the Cafe & the nature of the process - any kind of soufflé neither falls under the category of fast food, by definition, nor can it be the least expensive dessert option. Come in, place your order, enjoy the street and open kitchen views and be grateful. Do not forget to bus your table.
NB: Friday early afternoon waiting time was less than 15 minutes.

Delicious pancakes and worth the wait! It may seem pricey but you do get three pancakes. Really yummy! Wasn't crowded when we went but we were there at opening on a Wednesday.

We got the Matcha and Chocolate pancakes. Pancakes were super fluffy and light, not too sweet so the sweet whipped cream and chocolate spread really made it even better.

We were able to utilize the ordering reservation system they've set up for weekends, but ended up waiting ~45min from our reservation time (I think there were pancakes ready for us in 20min? but I think we were late to pick them up and the owner wanted to remake them for us since they're the fluffiest fresh). As other reviews said, I think they're still nailing down operations as it's still a soft opening - but definitely worth a try and hope wait times get shorter as they improve!

Came on a Sunday for an after lunch snack as I was lucky enough to get a reservation. Totally hit the spot. Menu is more limited now as they're still working on polishing things up. However, from our experience today, we had no complaints.

Got the chocolate souffle pancakes and the matcha souffle pancakes along with a peach iced tea and a lychee iced tea. Everything tasted great. The souffle pancake was the same for both dishes. The topping is what differed. Matcha came with a quenelle of cream on top and a side of matcha. The chocolate came with a chocolate pudding topping. Took about 20 minutes for the food to be ready, but that was the quoted time. Will definitely be coming back!

Update: Came back again and ordered the same souffle pancakes, but got an iced latte this time. The pancakes were ready fairly quickly as was the latte. Another great experience!

Super cute decor and aesthetic. Everything is pink and white with marble tables and gold accents. Very chic. Also the souffle pancakes are delicious. They had three styles on the menu, we tried original and chocolate. Both excellent. They make them all fresh and post a sign to expect a 25 minute wait for cooking, despite how slow or busy they are. Definitely recommend for a cozy sit down for some pancakes.

Soft opening at the time of review. Only 3 pancake options, regular, chocolate, and matcha which are just differentiated by the syrup/whipped cream. Plus some iced drinks.
The pancakes are really fluffy and because it's mostly egg it's actually pretty filling. My friend and I were both full after 2 but ate the third one anyways because it was really good 😋
