They also have a UPS pickup and a drop off point here. The staff are always kind and friendly.

This has been my go-to Michaels for a couple of years now. It's always clean and well organized so I have no trouble finding what I want. But sometimes I do get lost when I'm looking for a craft material that I've never purchased before and I would ask employees; and I don't know what's their magic but they will always know where it is! Even the aisle numbers hahaha. Also as a cherry on top, the cashiers are always lovely 🩷 They are so nice that I've never left the store feeling unhappy or unsatisfied.

Bought blender markers and blender brushes here. I think the self checkout machine might be busted, though. It gave me a blank receipt but there were no employees available to question about it.

The staff are so kind and knowledgeable !!

They have activities every Sunday! The lady who host the class taught my kiddo how to mix brown color. Super cool

Understood immediately what I needed within literal seconds and even walked me over to show which aisle and section they were hanging on. Thank you again so so much, would've never guessed what I was looking for was called a brad!

Friendly staff, well stocked shelves with lots of ideas to choose from. A decent sized clearance section. Overall the store was neat and tidy, considering how much stuff they have in it.

I always find everything I'm looking for at this store, if you want stuff for crafting , art, decorations, almost 100% sure they got everything lol

Jake was super helpful. Guided us on framing a couple of paintings and fixing the glass on others. Patiently answered all our dumb questions. Give him a raise!

Stopped in for some Christmas Garland and WOW, do they have it covered! They had Red, White, Silver and Multi, in long strands. And to top it off...it was 50% off!!
Well it is up so high, that I had to find an associate to get it down for me. I didn't have to look far. A young lady was more than happy to help. I also bought 2 poles of Wrapping paper, (BOGO)!! Smart placement!
But what was REALLY IMPRESSIVE?? When I walked in, there was hand sanitizer and wipes. AND when I got up to the register; the cashier was wiping down and sanitizing the counter, in between customers!! And there is also a plastic shield up for safety. Very impressive and I felt safe shopping there.
I HATE craft stores with a passion, but Michael's has a new customer.

I work as a cashier for Michael's in Milpitas, however, I visited the Sunnyvale branch when I learned a friend's grandfather passed away. I immediately went shopping for a guest sign in book and photo frame for the funeral. I was in regular clothes, so the people who were assisting had no idea i worked at an alternate branch. The staff was super nice and helpful in assisting to find items needed.

The other Sunnyvale location has closed down and this is the new one that has opened. It's much bigger and offers a great selection of items from every possible craft- category that you could think of. Clean, easy to navigate through and friendly staff.

Got really great painting supplies, really good quality paints and colors. Was such a delight shopping here.

They have awesome deals on printed photo frames(one or the other kind, metal photo printing in a frame, printed photo on wood framed), strongly suggest using them.

Awesome collection of fake flowers. Look almost as good as real. If anyone is interested in painting, or crafts, a must go place.

Always dependable for decor, artificial flowers, seasonal decorations. I buy my T-shirts. There--3 for $10, lots of color choices, wide range of sizes. Sometimes very busy. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking.
