The UPS Store

It's rare I give 5 stars to ANYTHING, but this shop will get my rare PERFECT rating. Treated like a human being: CHECK. Courteous service, eye contact, distancing? CHECK. For a guy like me used to barely disguised disparagement, microaggressions and macroaggressions, and even blatant defamation from those tasked with assisting me, NONE OF THAT HAPPENED on this recent visit. This has been an extraordinary experience. The young man INSISTED on taping up my torn up box. I have to admit, it was next-level and not what I was expecting. This is easily a 5-star location and I can't recommend it enough. Highest possible rating, other places will NEVER get this rating even if they paid me IN CASH to come over.

James is a wonderful UPS employee whom I enjoy working with nearly every day!! This is the only UPS store I will use because of the pleasant attitude of James and others here at store #3928 in Folsom, just a few blocks from my house! I hope he always works at this location!

I always drive a bit further to go to this location.
Friendly staff here and always in and out fast! Also has 2-3 staff at all times to keep the line moving; unlike some stores..

Penny the manager always goes above and beyond to print my documents. The lady at the counter Natalya is very professional and friendly. She knows how to handle pressure very well. I went in there one day, the line was long, phone was ringing and she was taking passport photos for a customer, she did all this by herself with a smile on her face whilst acknowledging every customer that walked in.

Great store and service. They are all super helpful and friendly. I went in last week to send my grandmothers china set to my sister in New York. Penelope assured me everything would be packed and shipped and would get there safely and it did. So happy that nothing was broken. I highly recommend their packaging services.

Absolutely love this store/location and staff. These people are some of the best staff, not only of other UPS stores, but of any customer service in the area. They have helped me with everything from mailing, to printing and copying and are always looking for ways to help me save money when sending packages. I only ship from this location! They are fantastic!

I just had the BEST experience with Penny at the UPS store!!! I had been to two other mailing stores and didnt have good experiences to try and mail a very large package. I walked in the Folsom BLVD location UPS store and they knew exactly how to handle the package and the price was half of the price the other store quoted as they really had know idea what they were doing. I highly recommend this store...the owner has worked for UPS and has a true understanding of how to ship all kinds of packages.

Penny, Natalia, James and the whole gang at this UPS location have treated me with speed, accuracy and service that is second to none- it’s the only place I go for all my shipping needs!

This location has the best oversize printer / scanner in town - a KIP machine. Penny and the team are responsive and bend over backwards for customers. They pick up the phones, they answer emails and turn over shipping & printing quickly. Bonus star for shaded parking lot.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Later pickup time for ground than some other UPS stores makes it easier to get packages shipped out.

Penny was fantastic! She was incredibly patient and very thoughtful in the ways that she helped. We had kind of a unique situation and she handled it with kindness and grace. Fantastic employee and great location!! 😊

This is our third box location and they are hands down the best in all of Folsom, even Sacramento! Seriously... Sweetest staff and great prices for having a UPS box for mailing :)

Fantastic location with tons of services, including Livescan. Super quick walk in process vs others that are by appointment only. Owner is delightful and personally took care of me.
