Such a great selection! Wonderful friendly employees, And lots of new merchandise too!

Nice clean store with friendly staff. Plenty of cool stuff for a decent price. Prices are up a bit, but in this economy, it's nothing new.

Good size, well laid out, big book selection. 50% off sales every quarter or so. Today's visit was mid afternoon on one of those days (9/2/'19 Labor Day). The staff was still perky and helpful despite the earlier onslaught. They had all 7 registers open.

The employees were very courteous and they had a lot to choose from. New items and used items. The only thing I would suggest is they should implement a rewards program. I have a rewards program for the heartland area. I travel with my job, I always stop at goodwill for what I may need. I either leave things behind as a donation, or ship home if I really like.

One of my favorite Goodwills in the Sac area, they seem to have a good selection and turnover of stuff so I rarely see a ton of the same things still on shelves when I go back each time. Prices seem to be in the middle as far as Goodwill I visit go, and there seems to be a lower percentage of broken things on shelves than I'm used to seeing. Staff have always been helpful and friendly, and I've never had any complaints on that front (something definitely not to be taken for granted across all Goodwill stores)

Donation line is pretty busy on average but the staff move people through quickly and have made it really easy to drop things off, so this is my preferred donation spot despite it not being the closest to me.

Very clean Goodwill with helpful staff. I have donated numerous items here and it has been an easy process every time. I rarely have to wait in line.

Of all the Goodwill locations in the greater Sacramento area, and there are many, this is my favorite. Everytime I come here, I find something I didn't even know existed. This particular location seems to get things from all walks of life, ranging from the mundane to the extraordinary. I've made purchases here that only cost $6.50 yet had a resale value of over $350 (Miller & Kreisel 5.1 channel sound bar) I've bought all kinds of unusual electronics, and devices I didn't know I needed (Julian spiral cutter, anyone?). Unlike other Goodwill locations, this one gets overlow from Arden Mall, so lots of new clothes end up being sold at $5-8! It's pretty awesome. I've found Oakley's shorts, True Religion Jeans, Gucci shoes, and an Armani belt before! Beyond the deals though, this isn't exactly the nicest place. They have a constant issue with vagrants and the like, and the bathroom is often times closed as a result (I get it, gotta shower somewhere). There's lots of parking, and the building is handicapped accessible..They removed the soda machines too. As of this writing, the courtesy outlets function. Staff is friendly as heck too! There's this one employee, Marie, who always takes time to say hello. She's very helpful too. Great thrift store.

Best place to shop , friendly stuff

Nicole the store manager was Awsome. She was helpful and one of the friendliest people I have ever met. Me and my wife love this goodwill!! I do hope that Nicole’s bosses know what a Diamond they have!!

Me and Robert went to Sacramento for a few days, had a great time. We always get the best deals at goodwill our favorite thing to do.

Customer service is fantastic!

Nice assortment of items. Great customer service. Stores always clean. Some other Goodwill stores are dusty and I can't stay long.

A thrift store that sells both donated and some new items.
New items range from garden spray nozzles and flashlights to cell phone charging cables and incense.
Used items change on a regular basis that includes dishes, clothes, DVDS and CDS, some electronics like stereos and printers, used tools, coffee makers, costume jewelry, etc., etc.
There are dressing rooms to try on clothes and bathrooms.
Drawbacks are some battery operated things have leaky batteries in them that aren't removed which pose a hazard. DVD players and stereos most often won't have the remote control for them. Items are as is in most cases except for electronics which I believe all stores give you 24 hours for store credit.

The guy at the front desk is always friendly, and helpful; so coming here is always a delight.

Really nice Goodwill. Big and has tons of stuff that changes pretty regular. Definitely recommend it if you are into thrifting.
