Staff are always friendly your greeted as soon as you walk in. The store is always clean and smells good. This store is pretty well stocked if they don’t have what you need they are great at getting you something similar or will order it and it getting there pretty quickly they keep you informed and are pretty upfront with you.

Everyone that works there is incredibly nice and super helpful with any questions you might have about pretty much anything in the store. They don't mind taking time to help a customer, whether you know what you're looking for or need help finding it. The store is also really well organized with a large selection and the prices are incredibly cheap compared to other places. At gas stations I've seen them charge a little over twice as much for the same 2mg disposable vape, for example. They're not only knowledgeable but very honest about the quality of their products and their experiences as well as what they have learned from customers. I'd definitely recommend visiting.

Jason bro thank you! My experience was great right off the back plenty of information and know-how. And any questions you do have they have all the answers well at least Jason does he's pretty badass at his job. Don't know him personally but saw he had great reviews. And when I went in the store luckily he was there. The environment feels amazing when you walk in Granite there might be a little bit of smoke but that's what you get with a vapor store. I loved my experience!

Clean, calm atmosphere, very nice employees! Selection of juices mods and tanks is pretty big! Employees give helpful advice if you have questions they have knowledge about! I would recommend to anyone who ask me about this place!

The staff at Vapor Maven really care about the customers. I shopped here for a year and every time I've come in, the people behind the counter work their hardest to make sure you walk out happy. They are very beginner friendly and happy to give recommendations. The best customer service I've had at any vape shop hands down. Shoutout to Josh specifically for going above and beyond.

Staff is very knowledgeable. Will help you make the right decision for your preferences. Staff will also help you with info. on your own builds of coils and rewicking. Can just come in to hangout play some pool or just talk about anything.

Yoooo! So the shop is great! People that work there are dope, and knowledgable. Dont get me wrong though every store has a down fall sometime there inventory is low, but what do u expect from a popular store. Overall great experience, and do recommend for any vapor out there!
