You won't find a nicer bunch of people. Charlotte works as cashier, James, they are so very kind and thoughtful. I'm sorry I can't think of the managers name right now. You won't find a better McDonald's staff!

Mobile order was very fast and food was excellent. (Choc chip cookies and fries)

They initially forgot part of my order. I was frustrated, but the girl did a great job and they quickly fixed the issue. Even though they were REALLY busy they got me taken care of efficiently. They demonstrated exceptional customer service 👏

Love this place. Great kids area.

It's a McDonald's but the people make the difference. A customer came in irate and inconsolable. The manager handled it like a pro. He shouldered the responsibility of this person's bad attitude without exacerbating the problem, or letting her abuse his staff. The notion of people first hasn't escaped him. Good job, Phil.

Need better management an employer management and management that is willing to help out and not overstepped their boundaries as a manager thinking that they can just talk to it any customer the way they want to if you are the shift managers in general managers do females in her mail seem to think that they can talk how they want or say whatever they want and get away with and downgrade people user management powers for Brandon at the rest of the employees were great

I want to say D at 9am on Saturday morning. The patients you had training was amazing. It takes time to help your new team member to learn how to do the daily things at McDonald's. I can see with your training I know anyone you train is going to be a great worker. Your so kind and you have such a great attitude. You were very patient when your co-woker needed help. You were so kind to me and my children and husband. Our order needed a little hashbrown and you got right on it. If every staff could have the bubbly, nice, helping attitude you have it would be such a GREAT place. Thank you so much for your kind experience at McDonald's and because of you we will be back!! My sons and I stopped by Warrensburg McD's for breakfast this morning and our experience was by far superior than any other experience we've had at a McD's to date.
A kind gentleman greeted us and opened the door for us upon entry into the restaurant.
Our service was fast and friendly. Our food was perfect. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the same kind gentleman that opened the door for us also gave my boys a couple kid's meal toys just because!

I had a wonderful experience this morning going through the drive-thru! The employees were polite and efficient. My food was warm and presented to me in a timely manner. Everything I ordered was given to me!!!!! Keep up the good work!!👍

This place is pretty good there it's a quick bite to eat the staff is friendly restroom to clean overall the whole place is clean parking is convenient for wheelchair-accessible also

Just ordered here trhough the drive thru! Even though the drive thru is fast you can tell how much the employees really care. These people are very real & genuine. They were happy to chat for a little before serving their next customer. No rudeness at all! Plus the food is pretty dang great for the price.

This McDonald's is always busy! Employees do well in keeping up. This McDonald's also let's folks down on their luck sit out front and fly a sign, which is a big deal, some employees have also given out of their own wallet to help folks less fortunate.

Now this is what I’m talking about. This McDonald’s is amazing. It is the only place in Missouri that has real tea! I’m from SC and I haven’t had a good glass of tea my whole trip until I visited this McDonald’s. It was very clean and the food was great. If you’re from the south and want real tea come here. It’s amazing!!

It took me two nights to get what I ordered it always seems to be a problem ordering here either don't have the item or or they're closed or they put you on removal or yet wait on the drive-thru for 10-15 minutes to get your person to take your damn code

Always hot fresh food...the drive thru proves it's reputation as being on top of the game, there is always a long line, morning noon and night into mid morning. Amazing is all I have to say. The staff is also very efficient and caring at the same time. Bravo..

Always great service when I go there to eat. Food is always hot and my order is correct. Lobby and bathroom is very clean. Plus I get to see my daughter since she seems to always have to work. So it's a win win for me. 😊

Use the App!! Mobile orders never uaually take more than 5 min. Ill never sit in a drive through line again. Food is always good, its mcdonalds. SUGAR RUSH for the afternoon.

About a week ago it was packed when I was there and I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and they had me wait by the delivery spot. The guy that walked the food to my car was very nice, had a smile on his face and was very quick.

My experience at this McDonald’s was amazing because of an employee named Krista. She was so sweet, nice, and amazing! Ask for krista when you go!

Fast, friendly, and got my order correct. Oh, and my bag of food had napkins and straws. What more can you ask for?
