Arwood's Furniture & Mattress - Missouri's LARGEST Furniture Store

This was the third furniture store I went to while looking for my new sectional and wow. The third time really was the charm. I was immediately greeted and helped with what I was looking for without feeling pushed into anything. Tanner was amazing to work with! He was so patient and kind and I feel like he knew my own style better than I did! I definitely found what I was looking for thanks to him.

We went to Arwoods looking for a new bed. A very helpful salesman named Tanner walked us through our options and was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted and found us a great deal on exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 would use Tanner again!!!

We went to look for an electric reclining sofa today and Lindsey was our salesperson. She was informative and patient as we tried out quite a few. We had several important items we wanted and needed, and she helped us narrow down the choices. We are looking forward to our new comfy and beautiful sofa arriving in just two days!

Purchased 2 lazy boy recliners. David spent a great deal of time with me. Awesome guy. Came back to purchase them the next day after talking color with the partner. David was supposed to be there..he was off the other salesperson said he would share the commission. I had to go back the next day because one of the delivery person had left a tool at our house when he assembled the chairs. Hopefully David got part of the commission. Absolutely love Arwood's, no pressure furniture purchasing.

We had the best experience purchasing our new furniture at Arwoods in Warrenburg Mo. Tanner took the time to help us find the perfect furniture for our families needs and the perfect material. I would buy from them again. No pressure sales people which was great.

I went and walking for a chair that wouldn't hurt my back so much. David heckle and took me around and we tried several chairs and he went above and beyond most sales people do these days. I was very very impressed. I do not know what Lindsay's last name is but she was amazing as well between the two they just went overboard as far as helping me find something that will work for me. Is the best customer service that can remember in a very very long time. Do you have any things that you need them to know about searching for furniture this is definitely the place to go.

We decided to make the drive to Warrensburg after a very unpleasant ‘attempted’ furniture delivery by another furniture store. (We cancelled the delivery and sent the furniture back to the store.) Arwood’s had a great selection of furniture. This was a much better experience than we have had at any other furniture store. The salesman, David, was very professional and did not pressure us at all. They delivered the 2 power recliners this afternoon. The deliverymen were very professional and efficient. We highly recommend Arwood’s. We plan to return next week to order a loveseat.

Excellent service and a pleasure doing business with them especially being able to buy a Lazy Boy recliner and getting one free! We did your BOGO sale and we liked the quick delivery on the Lazy Boy recliner. My wife is short and most recliners leave her legs dangling which is very uncomfortable for her. The other recliner we got was the only chair in all your stock that sat low enough for her to be comfortable. This chair was for her crafts room but we needed it in a wall-away for it to fit so it had to be built for her. The sales lady said it wouldn't arrive until sometime in December. When the chair arrived it was the wrong chair and it sat too high. The delivery guys took the chair back to the warehouse and the next day we went to Arwood's to reclama the problem. The sales lady said that we got the correct chair and she went somewhere to talk to someone. We waited for her to come back and we waited and we waited and we waited etc... and we finally had to leave for an appointment. Other than this request for a rating of Arwood's, we have heard nothing but crickets. I know it's our responsibility to go back and get this problem corrected, I decided to just wait and see if Arwood's cared enough about customers to contact us.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying furniture was hassle free and there was a lot of options in terms of furniture to buy. I will be definitely returning to this business to buy furniture in the future!

Tanner was patient and attentive with us as we looked for new furniture for our basement. No pressure to buy. Was informative and able to answer our questions or find answers to our questions. Ended up purchasing a beautiful couch and recliner. Would highly recommend Arwood’s and will shop there again.

Went looking for replacement barstools to match a counter height table I bought at Atwood’s in 2011. Able to find one. Very pleased with how willing staff was to try to search out another one, as I need two to replace broken ones

We arrived at 5:45 pm just before closing and Cameron's stayed after the store closed to complete working with us and was very helpfull and professional, we would reccomend shopping at Arwoods for any of your furniture needs.

Stopped in today to look at some options for my home. The building is massive, I got 3425 steps in just perusing. This is not a complaint. Drank my Starbucks and got to meet Logan, his non aggressive sales style and genuine personality was unexpected and fantastic. I've been hounded, stalked and preyed upon at every store I've shopped at in the last two weeks. I'll come back solely for the experience. . But the selection is amazing too.
