Saks Fifth Avenue

My first in-person Saks experience was definitely one to remember. I came here doing some last minute Mother’s Day shopping. I was looking for Chanel perfume and was kindly greeted by a sales associate, Liz. She explained to me that the perfume I was buying had different concentrations and helped me picked the best fit. Upon checking out, she gave me numerous samples of Byredo perfume and her contact information.

I came the next day to do more shopping and Liz was extremely helpful all along the way. She made sure I was satisfied with all my purchases, made sure my visit was speedy and most of all made me feel like I was a valued customer. She wrapped my gifts gorgeously and fulfilled all my requests to the best of her extent. I purchased a set of earrings and shoes that day. Rarely do I ever see this level of customer service! Also pictured is a bouquet of Mother’s Day flowers that was complimentary with my purchase.

I am usually cautious with shopping at higher-end stores, but I must say my experience at this Saks location was extremely impressive. I definitely plan to return. If you plan to shop here, Liz is definitely recommended!

Bought some cosmetics and a women Racine was so wonderful. Great kindness and excellent personality. She helped buy some great things. She was right on the number for all my needs. Excellent in all aspects!! Had not bought beauty products in such a long time and the quality in all aspects was great. I will be back!!!

When I walked in this morning I was told I could bring my return to anyone, so I went to the first people I saw. They were selling make up and they refused to help me and pointed me to a return desk that nobody was at so I stood there for a minute or two before a nice gentlemen walked over to me and brought me over to a salesperson named Elizabeth.

Elizabeth was so kind and helpful. My return was a little complicated, but she was so sweet and made me feel valued as a customer. She was helping 2 people at one time and she had the biggest smile on her face. This store is lucky to have her and whatever she is paid, she deserves more. My review wouldn’t be a 5 star if it wasn’t for her, but I just want her to be recognized because she goes above and beyond in a store where the other employees aren’t even willing to do the bare minimum of their job.

Came to Saks after visiting Neiman Marcus and having one of the worst experiences shopping at there shoe department. I actually was looking for a specific shoe which was not in stock, but Chris in the shoe department made me feel so welcomed and was such a attentive and knowledgeable sales person that I actually purchased two pairs of high end shoes. Yay Chris you represent the Saks brand well, thank you!!

I had my gown altered here for the rittenhouse square ball and Debra in alterations did such an amazing job! She was able to have the alterations rushed just in time for the ball even though it was super last minute. She was a life saver! The dress came out so flattering, she couldn’t have done a better job. She was so knowledgeable about how to get a strapless gown to sit just right and stay put all night. She also knew so much about the material and draping that I haven’t even thought of. The length was perfect and the fit was perfect. I highly recommend getting your clothes altered here, such pleasant and professional experience.

Wow what a store. It’s an authentic Saks 5th Ave store with everything from the top floor full service salon accessible by appointment only to the women’s lounge mid floor and the winding staircase. All the top designers where a tank top in Chanel was $2,400.00 and the skirt was $8,000.00. Parking is plentiful and you have the option of complimentary covered garage parking or the outside lot. Both are easily accessible and well lit. Really nice upscale store.

Great store, unfortunately not very very busy. I hope it sticks around. It’s an iconic landmark.

One of my favorite department stores!! High end designer clothes, shoes, bags and accessories!! Great cosmetic and fragrance departments! The Chanel boutique is the best in PA! Complimentary water or champagne while you shop! Wonderful sales associates and excellent customer service!

I went to the store to return an ill fitting item ordered online. Made my return quickly and sales associate shared to look around and showed me where the fitting room is located. As I left, I passed by the fragrance counter. I inquired about new scents. Sales associate sprayed each arm with Bond perfumes and said they will last all night. She told me I will understand why everyone loves Bond. They both smell very good. She also gave me two samples of Bond as well. No doubt I will return and make a purchase with Diana!!

Saks is always Saks. Loved going with my mom years ago and loved taking my daughter today ❤. We went to the GUCCI department and GUCCI did not disappoint! Our salesperson Sam Siccone was amazing!

Staff is super welcoming and they even offer to be your personal shoppers. You can reachout to them when you need something, they put it at the side for you and you go pick up to skip the line. Just amazing customer service and store presence. I do think they need more stuff to display in store. But overall, wonderful place and atmosphere

The store is very clean, bright and to me, very high end. I stopped in with my daughter to sample some perfumes she has been meaning to try. Diana, who works at the Bond No. 9 counter, was so very pleasant and helpful. The perfumes smell really nice. My personal favorite, the scent of peace...Diana told me it would last, and it really is a nice, clean scent. The store has a lot of designer fashion and the items are displayed nicely.

One of my favorite stores! I can always find something cute to wear. There clearance racks are always a treat.

I wanted to give a shout out to the absolute best stylist and fashion expert that I’ve ever spoken to. Venus from your personal shopping experience is fantastic and so lovely to work with.

Nice store. The selection is simply great. Professional and helpful staff, outstanding customer service. Great parking options. I am often visiting this store with my wife and we have never had bad experience here. Highly recommending this store.

They've done a great job since it fell under new management. The place has been cleaned up and service is better. Saks is always busy and has great stock.

It is extremely clean and has a nice scent of coffee all around.
