Best Buy

Was able to place my order online quickly and easily... Then able to pick the item up in one of their lockers Just inside the door. That made the whole " Christmas Rush" experience much, much easier.
Ended up having to return the item after Christmas as it didn't " fit the need" That it was intended for.. product functioned flawlessly, a different product altogether was needed. The return process was quick, easy and the staff that assisted were very helpful. No issues with Best buy at all. 👍👍

Went to recycle some printer cartridges, haven’t been in a Best Buy in a long time, (20+ years) my kiddo announced how much she loves the electronics part of the store, and this store was all electronics! So we looked around. I was expecting to see overpriced everything, honestly, what isn’t marked up 1billion% these days? I was pleasantly surprised at some very fair prices, and dare I say, great deals. Y’all. I swear. We just paid $2000 for this refrigerator, a price which I was stoked to get. It’s cheaper here!!! Way to be Best Buy, we will be back soon.

Their selection is nice. I'm eyeballing a mini fridge that's a pretty good price.

They also had a good selection of individual computer parts. My Brother likes to upgrade his tower with a new part or two every year so this is perfect.

It's a week before Christmas so it was pretty busy. They had enough staff to check on us as we browsed, though, so they were prepared.

Went in other day to the Geek Squad department with a computer issue. I was immediately acknowledged by Lettie upon entering the area. She was very attentive to all of concerns as well as just a great employee. James was the tech who worked on my computer and he did an amazing job. My computer now works again, and I did not think I was able to have it fixed. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Very impressed and appreciative of not only their customer service skills, but their attentiveness and care about my computer issues.

Home Audio department is super cool helping me solve my speaker and DAC issues. They didn't pressure me to buy anything and helped get my stereo system up and running. Awesome staff. That's why I prefer to shop at Best Buy instead of Amazon

I was unable to get my questions answered from staff, they was busy. However, I was able to take a look at the various products i was interested in purchasing. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for. I found the items online. I loved how easy it was to find and compare items online. It was also great that although some items had different delivery dates , the delivery to the store dates was close together, so I could pick them up on one date. The Curbside service was great(about 10 minutes). The service woman was pleasant and helpful. I will be a repeat online curbside customer.

Cool best buy. I liked the layout and this is a pretty large one. My only complaint is that the workers ask you CONSTANTLY if you have any questions. Both nice and mildly infuriating. Can't tell if I appreciate it or hate it 🤷🏼‍♀🤣

Just had the best customer service of any Best Buy I’ve visited. Savanah walked us through all the sound systems and reviewed all of our electronic needs. She was patient and very knowledgeable across several brands. BIG SHOUTOUT to her and the service she provided. Need more people like her!!

Best refurbishment...looks new!! My old leather sofa and loveseat..like new, so so pleased! Beautiful, so comfortable now..This really was more reasonable than buying a new sofa at $5,000....best money Ive spent in a long time! Too, love supporting a family owned business, this really is a lost art!! Amazing quality!

Actually a very nice Best Buy, seemed very well stocked with a selection of products across all product zones. Was approached several times by staff asking if I needed help, overall a positive experience.

Best Buy was nice. The store is set up so you can find stuff easy. I had to do a return without my receipt, and the manager was very nice and pleasant to me.

Aidan was the best advisory you could come across. Super helpful and knowledgeable about the tech items I was totally lost on. Best personality should be manager for sure. ASK FOR HIM WHEN SHOPPING

I only showed up to pick up my Samsung Purchase, but I didn't have to wait very long. The process was quick, easy, and without struggle.

The worst part was getting into and out of the parking lot. Both cross streets are very busy.

The geek squad had my laptop up and running in minutes. No charge because I have their membership. So I walked around checking things out and came across a device that plugs into my CarPlay and now it works by Bluetooth.

I purchase a combo, forgot my camera that came with my combo, came back to store few days later, thinking they will not give it as it was a black friday deal, but manager was very helpful, friendly and pacient, I got my camera! 🙂

Seriously, sometimes BestBuys don't have stock they state and though customer service will sometimes check stock manually, there's no guarantee that customer service rep has had a good day and isn't bringing personal attitude with them. People are people and sometimes customer service comes 2nd to their personal lives.
Keep up the good work, push through, always remember to never stop never stopping.

Sometimes they don't always have what I want but the people are always extremely helpful and I am always impressed with the breath of inventory that they have from appliances to audio gear to TVs
