Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

I feel very sorry for the employees at this convenience stores, particularly at this convince store/gas station. They strive to be the best they can be with all customers. work so, hard to do a good job and treat customers very cordial and with a big smiling face. They deal with all sorts of problems and shady characters day in and day out. Some customers don't deserve to be treated as decent people they behave like animals and this goes on in a daily basis. I only hope the employees are paid well to put up with this crazy madness. Keep up the good work.!

It's always nice to frequent this store especially when Noel is working. She always greets me by name, asks how my day is going, and even though she has a mask on, I know she has a smile on her face.

I needed gas, they have gas.

carwash is unreliable and staff is slow to attend ti needs of customers. mgmt should enlist the help of secret shoppers periodically. customer service can make or break the reputation. service will help you, but not until,.....you are intent to get there help. they are unenthusiastic in helping. it’s more so, they’re going through the motions.

Have gone in almost everyday for the last month, hoping they have hot and ready food. And nothing I even asked one of the employees and she said they stop at 6. So I tried early in the day and still nothing just an empty warmer every time

Your customer service of an old lady was so rude for no reason, also she doubled the price of my drink

The automated car wash at this facility is not going to clean your car. It was my first time over there, and after I exited the car wash the rain and dirt stains on the bottom half of car was still there. Also the dryers aren’t angled properly, and all around my car was still wet.
I will never return to this gas station to wash my car.

Horrible service from the cashier. It was a total hassle just to get the bathroom key for my kids. The lady spoke rudely to my wife and seemed like she didn't want our business. I'd avoid this store and get gas elsewhere.

We ordered a Western Union Transfer and the were errors when Trynadie at the register gave us the receipt. She had our $110 in her hand and said to proof read the receipt. Since there were 3 spelling errors she said to call Western Union to correct it. We told her not to put the order through until we corrected the errors. Instead when our backs were turned she put the money in the register. Western Union said she should return the money and we would have to cancel the order and do it again. She refused to give the money back and refused to speak with Western Union on the phone for the next 2 hours. In the end we had to go home and call Western Union Fraud who agreed she should have given the money back. It says in the receipt that you can ask for a refund within 30 minutes. We asked for it in less than one minute and she steadfastly refused. This is stealing. Western Union is now looking into taking away the machine from the gas station. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS.

The manager who is a larger woman is extremely rude. It's really incredible I come in here every single day and get treated badly only when she is in the store. And sadly there is no one else to go to. Manager please work on your customer service

I was an employee for this location and 3 other locations Mirna Craig and Virginia Old were all managers for 2 of the 3 locations I was an employee at working hard for $8 an hour to anyone that is considering working for this company take it from me do not ever work for this company even the human resources office has some rude individuals as well..........
