The two ladies working there in the evening were flipping hilarious and amazing! They got some great old time candy also that does not so amazing things to your hips! Lol. Little bit of everything there but the ladies working make your visit so pleasant!

Very well stocked store. Got everything you need for home repairs. Friendly, Helpful staff.

Friendly service. They were kind enough to let us do a fundraiser in the parking lot. Store was clean and customers all had a smile.

I called to check if they had any water balloons, Ashley was kind and had an employee go check around but was not able to find any. Maybe a few minutes pass and I receive a call back from the store and was advised they were able to locate water balloons! Rhonda took me straight to them once I was in store. I was just very surprised they took the time to call me back. I really appreciate it, saved the day when it was over 100 degrees out lol!

I visited ace hardware on east central today. The customer service is outstanding. The cashier's, 😊 were friendly, helpful. I want to highlight a great associate, Ray for his help. I was having problems with my key fob and Ray told me that I might need a battery. I did. This is a great place to go for hardware needs, as well as key fob batteries. Thank you, ladies, and thank you Day.

I walked in lost, lol. I needed to find the Milwaukee tools. I was almost to the back of the store when I saw an employee who was sweeping (everyone else was busy helping other guests). He let me know what aisle Milwaukee tools were on and he stopped sweeping to come to the aisle with us to see if I needed help finding what I was looking for! I wish I had gotten his name! He was kind and very helpful! I'll definitely go back to this location!

Had a great experience, BUT (huge but), the prices of all Ace Hardware stores are just astonaumically high. Same stuff as other big box stores at almost 1/3 more. I thought at one time this was due to the intimate service you CAN recieve. I say can because it feels like they hover to make sure youre not "stealing stuff". Which ive never been a part of so it is almost offensive. Anyway they are just doing their job and if they werent robbed all the time prices might be lower. It is what it is. I do love Ace though for all specific needs!!

I don't live near here so I rarely come to this location but the few times over the years that I have it has been well stocked and the employees have always been pleasant and helpful. I was unfortunately not able to get the color samples I was looking for but I understand you can't always have everything every time.

Love this store there all amazing almost always have what I need.

Staff is very polite and patient with the customers. I had to find a small screw that which was very hard to find. They could have just told me they didn't have it, but they worked hard to find it and even offered to cut it to the right length. I really appreciate going the extra mile.

They didn't have what I went for. But they had something else I wanted. And the people were very personable. They took time helped me. Even shared some laughs together.

Great place for hardware and tools, even hard-to-find items that other lumberyard/hardware/big box stores don't carry 'cause they might not sell enough. The best part is, the employees know the store, and are eager to help find what you need.

One of the bigger Ace Hardware stores in town, they have a wide variety of house project stuff! One of the first places I check when I'm working on a house project of any sort!
