Stacy was phenomenal. She took her time and made sure I understood everything. She was very patient and made sure that all of my needs were more than met. Even when the store closed, she was still answering my questions, and made sure that all of my apps and contacts were transferred.

I had a great experience here being helped by Mason. My wife, my father and myself all came in to upgrade our plan and to add my father to it as well. Mason helped us patiently through the process, which took longer we had imagined, he even stayed late (on a Friday!) to help us out. We were all very impressed by his customer service. On a subsequent visit, my wife said he was just as helpful and accommodating. Thank you Mason, the new phones, the jet pack and the smart phone for my father(his first) are all working out great.

Dan was fantastic! He was very helpful when I came in to update my phone. Would highly recommend asking for Dan.

The entire team was great, customer service on point, and Jessica went above and beyond to help us. Usually with Verizon you feel like a number...not this time. The store manager Fernando was there to assist and walk us through plans and options until Jessica was open, and she stayed past closing to assist in making sure we were all set up. Absolutely best experience yet.

I came in 45min before closing time, just to confirm if the phone I wanted for my upgrade was available; so, I could come in the next day with more time and complete the transaction, as I know it takes time. Amr was very professional and offered to help me disregarding the time and even promised he would get me out of there before 7pm...and he did!!!💪🏻

While transferring phones he thoroughly explained the process and the time it would take. He also kindly explained the charges on my invoice for that day and the new charges on my plan. During the whole process he showed nothing but a professional and friendly manner while answering all my questions. I had a very pleasant experience with Amr. He was very knowledgable and sociable.

If you want awesome service I would definitely recommend this location to everyone. It was my first time visiting this location and will definitely not be the last.

Husein was very helpful and took the time make things work for our upgrade. We ended up getting better than what we wanted! Mind you, they're still salesmen so they need to make a sale but he did it in the most sincere and efficient way possible, especially considering he was by himself for a couple hours with two other customers after us. Great guy and a great store as well!

Called ahead of time to ask a simple question & received a lovely greeting along with a super friendly rep. Very helpful and genuinely cared for my happiness. Decided to go directly into the store to pick up the new iPhone. Dena, immediately acknowledged me as I walked in and assured me she will be right with me. She sat patiently and helped me through all the steps of setting up my new phone. She stayed past closing time and worked over hours to ensure everything was all set up. Not only was my trip rewarding but the expierience was one of the best I have ever had. All the workers had me smiling and laughing the whole time. I usually hate going through these processes but this time it was pleasant. I could not have been more happy to have left with a new phone & made some new friends. Highly recommend this location!

I had a great experience trading in and purchasing a new phone from this store. I had a crazy toddler with me both times and the employees couldn’t have been more sweet! It was a pleasure working with both Julian and Abdul.

Fabio was great. Profesional, patient, personable, and got the job done. He really went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were taken care of and it was an overall a good experience. Couldn't ask for anything more. Switched over from AT&T and so far I'm much happier with this service.

Danny did a great job helping me find the phone I needed for work. He also made sure to check that I was paying the lowest possible price for my entire plan overall! Andrew helped me with a number of challenging requests surrounding a phone replacement for a stolen device. He was kind, patient and worked with me until we had a resolution--which I was not able to get online or calling Verizon Wireless directly. He made suggestions that also helped me save money! I will always go back to this store for help with future needs.

I came in with my phone that was holding on for dear life. Dena got me set up with a new phone and tablet for a great price. She was all alone, but I have to say she has great multitasking skills and an amazing personality. Taught me how to use features I didn't know on my devices.

I have coming to this store for several years now. Dena has been my sales person when it comes to sales or technical help. She has always been very professional and polite every time I have questions regarding Verizon. I always get answers to all my questions. She represents the company very well. Other locations don't offer this kind of service. That has been my experience.

Dena was really helpful I was out of a phone and got me set up. I forgot my gmail password and she reset it for me. My dad was with me and he had a bad experience here back in November 2017, but Dena definitely changed out opinion about this location with her knowledge and the way she carried herself through out the purchase. Verizon needs more people like her because I can tell when someone is just trying to make a sale vs someone who actually cares. Thank You Dena!

Normally, I do all my Verizon renewals online as I feel pressured by the sales guys in the store. Then my friend recommended this store.

I was welcomed by Danny Sethi. He was wonderful, explained the pros and cons and let me make the decision. He even filled out all my forms and was ready to go. He changed my views about salesman.

I went to this Verizon store to trade in my iPhone 4 for the new iPhone 6.
I worked with Danny Sethi who was extremely friendly and helpful.

He explained and walked me through the trade-in process very clearly and ensured I understood everything.
Once I received my new phone, he walked me through exactly what to do in order to receive the trade-in promo offer.

I normally dread getting a new phone, but he made the process extremely easy and quick!

I came in to switch my phone plan as I was going to be studying abroad and my previous provider did not offer an international/travel option. Dena helped me out right away! She helped me find a plan that fit my budget and helped me get the best deal possible, I even was able to get a HUGE discount on a new iPad! I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable and everything was a breeze. I definitely recommend this store and it’s knowledgable and welcoming staff!

Following several unpleasant experiences with the Verizon store in Kearny, my husband and I went to buy phones at the store in Lake Hiawatha. We were helped by Aleisha and she was terrific - knowledgeable, friendly and professional. After my husband's phone went through an entire cycle in the washer, Julian was the person who was there to help. He too was smart, helpful, and clearly knew his job - another truly professional salesperson in this store. I don't know if it is Verizon's training or if they just know how to choose their help, in either case, kudos to these people.
