Sierra is wonderful she got me into a new phone with a new watch within an hour. She was personable and fun to talk to. She definitely deserves a raise and recognition. Even brought my husband in to get the upgrade from her. Hope she stays so I can just come to her for my tmobile needs.

Rob and Aidan were VERY professional in a complicated switching of multiple lines, new equipment, billing, upgrades and more. It was difficult…really, but it was as pleasant and brief as possible. Highly recommend them.

Switched from Verizon to tmoble got a line free a tablet and home internet the bill is still less than Verizon Bryce was the one who helped me he was freindly he explained everything very well it was a great experiance Verizon people were not that great thanks to mobile

I went to the T-Mobile in Stanwood to figure out why my phone wasn't accepting incoming calls from my son's elementary School even a lawyer's office very important phone calls that I needed to get and Elijah and Aiden were so helpful even though we couldn't figure out the problem and I need to call customer service they both did everything and anything they could to try to figure this out and we're so informative and explaining the possibilities that it could be even though like I said we didn't figure it out they were so awesome and they were just so helpful their customer service is impeccable.

Great to have a neighborhood T-Mobile store. Employees are very helpful and kind. Want quick and efficient service, this is the store location to visit!

Assistant Manager Jose Arellano was fantastic at the Stanwood Branch. Spent at least an hour getting rid of unneeded tabs. Very patient and courteous. So impressed with this young man. Stanwood T-Mobile offers GREAT service.

It was time for me to upgrade. My person at Stanwood T-Mobile is David L. He knew I was obsessed with iPhone and he was keeping me in the loop as to when the new ones were expected to come out.
Sure enough as soon as he told me that the New iPhone 12 Pro was in stock I made my appointment.
David is so in tuned with how to ask the right questions because I couldn’t understand a lot of what was going on; however he took his time in explaining things to where I felt comfortable moving forward with the transaction.
Apple products are my jam! And since I had paid off two family members phones; that freed up money for me to purchase my first APPLE 🍎 WATCH!! 🤯❤🙏🏽
I was unhappy with the service at Verizon so I had my eyes and ears open for a new provider.
David heard my woes and invited me in to Stanwood T-Mobile.
David is very attentive, honest, charming, friendly, and very very knowledgeable about the store and it’s products and services.

I had an amazing experience at the Stanwood tmobile store. Jon the manager was amazing and understood my immediate needs for a new phone. Haley the associate was sweet, and Holley the customer service rep on the phone helped me to find a store willing to help asap. The Burlington marketplace location was was so rude to me didn't even try to help, although in that location its expected. I have been a tmobile customer for 15yrs and do everything I can to avoid the Burlington location I broke my phone in the morning and having a business I need access to my phone. But the Burlington store wouldn't even try to accommodate me at all. So I called customer service and Holley was 'AWESOME'. She was upset that I had been treated in that way. She found a location willing to help my on the fly Stanwood tmobile was amazing. Worth the 20min drive. Trust me take the time to drive to this location.

I had a awesome experience working with Liz today at t-mobile in Stanwood. She helped me upgrade my phone and transfered all information to my new phone.
