Jon was spectacular!!! My husband and I both got new phones and not only was initial visit to purchase the phones pain free the on going support to transfer information from our old phones to the new ones was incredibly helpful. If there were 10 stars I would give them all ten.

Jon W helped us today. He was alone in the shop and juggled the needs of four sets of customers while we were there--
two of us setting up new plans. He was friendly, explained things well and was relaxed and cheerful the entire ime. It was a pleasure to have things handled so well.

Katy’s service was first class! She made upgrading to a new phone painless and was sweet to my 7yo daughter making my in-store experience more enjoyable.

I’ve already recommended her to someone, and would say if you’re thinking of a new phone, go see Katy!

Ian was the best. We got two new iPhones and couldn’t be happier. Setup was a breeze. Ian knew exactly what to do every step of the way. This company is really lucky to have such a wonderful and knowledgeable person like him working for them.

Nick and Aldair were very professional and also quite funny. It made me feel quite comfortable with the transaction of getting a new phone. Verizon has always been great for me.

They're always extremely generous and helpful to me and I notice they're the same with other customers as well. I've been coming to the store for years and have gotten many products from them and they've all been great. I'll continue to visit this location for all of my future needs.

Top notch, professional, and fast customer service! Both Blake and Ernesto were very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly as I purchased two new upgrades with all the extras today. I appreciated they handled full data transfers for both phones that I was able to verify for accuracy prior to leaving the store. I especially appreciated them handling the entire process to apply the liquid screen to both phones as well. These guys went way beyond the norm today — thanks you guys!

I had only planned to change to the 55+ unlimited plan. My interaction with Blake was so delightful and informative I made the decision to upgrade. He was pleasant, personable and made the transition easy. This kind of customer service is much appreciated!!! Saying good-by to my old phone was sad but I’m happy with the new one.

Went in to check out their plans, was greeted when I walked in and the manager was very helpful. He Switched me from cricket and gave me a great unlimited plan. My service so far has been really good. Definitely going to keep coming back to this store! 10/10!

Justin was great with service with a smile. When the choice was made for a new magnet for my old phone didn't work, Justin was able to credit me back and sold me a different model that would work better for me and installed it for me. Thank you from very satisfied

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful experience today at Verizon! Rich was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and had amazing customer service! The store quickly became full.. He was able to make everyone feel seen and that he be with them as soon as he could.
He truly went above and beyond for us!!

My iPhone went dead, and it was a NIGHTMARE working with the warranty service. It was complicated by some out-of-date information. Ernesto at the store walked me through it, stayed with me the whole time, and we navigated it to the end. All employees at this location seemed very engaged, and deal with many of tough situations. Technology makes a lot of us cranky, especially when it doesn't work. But these guys will get you through it. Good job!

I dropped my phone and was on a time crunch to replace it before my vacation. Leong was amazing and very helpful. He did everything in his power to make the transaction as hassle free as possible. He stayed late to make sure i had a phone for my vacation. I'm so thankful for his dedication. We ran into one issue neither of us could fix so I came in after my vacation and he helped me fix that right away.
