Staff was very helpful, and they have a good selection of products for car repair and maintenance. I worked with “Luigi” who was knowledgeable and helpful.

I just purchased the 2000 Audi TT coupe and while mostly everything is fine there were just a couple things that I needed the check engine light had come on a week after I purchased it and I also need a recharge on my freon and headlights but I took it in and one of the sales associates Jake was completely awesome very knowledgeable could recommend shops to get the parts put in he also took his time and made sure that I had all of my questions answered with accurate information and he was very polite and courteous and professional I was so happy I will always come back here for all my car needs unless I have to take it to a shop to get work done so I definitely will recommend this place to everybody I know and in my opinion Jake should get a raise hahaha.

AutoZone made me pay for an item to order to the store (new policy at the inconvenience of the customer only) that they then said they could not get, wasting my time and fuel costs with no courtesy to call and inform me, because they don't waste time checking on customers orders. Called these guys and they said no problem, it'll be here at 4 today, and pay when you pick up...when we actually have the item here for you. Go figure, actual customer service. I'll stick with these guys. Thank you!

Gotta give a huge shout out to Jake! Was preparing for my truck for our local car show and while trying to adjust the alternator I snapped the bolt inside the alternator. Mind you this was at 8:57 and they close at 9. I called half expecting no one to answer but Jake did and happened to have another one. He stayed late to make sure I got what I needed!! That's a quality employee!! Thanks again Jake!

I had an engine light pop on after I delivered up in BC so I stopped by this location to get it checked. My visit was quick.

Management and this O'Reilly team are great. Staff always seems to be knowledgeable and knows what I am looking for when I tell them. No blank expressions here. This definitely can't be said for other automotive parts stores in the area. Always my first stop.

Your staff is always ni and helpful, but please correct your website, it says u close at 9 and getting to the store almost at 8 found it closed :(

Came in for oil with squeaky shoes on. Staff comments made me giggle. Super fun staff. Felt comfortable stopping in. Always helpful.

We came in for magnetic trailer lights to try to troubleshoot an issue with the lights on our trailer- (basically trying to figure out if it was my car or the trailer.) Jacob came out to our car tried the lights and discovered the issue was my car. He checked the fuses, cleaned the corrosion on my battery terminal, and narrowed it down to the converter or the wiring between the fusebox and plug. It turns out it was the converter. Jacob went above and beyond to help us! Thank you, Jacob!

I called the Stanwood store to replace my headlight. Gunner was so helpful.

He helped me determine which type I needed, the most and least expensive options I had and then invited me to come in and they would install it! Very professional, great service!

The driver side headlamp went south on my Chevy Silverado (95 rear wheel drive). I stopped in at this place. They had a set of 2 for really cheap. I took my parts to the cashier and placed it upon the counter and unsheathed my debit card (Bank of America).
The cashier asked me, 'debit or credit?'. I removed my glasses, looked him dead in the eye and uttered, 'debit please'.
He swiped my card and handed it back to me in one smooth motion. After what seemed like a few seconds he tells me to enter my 'PIN'. After this short exchange of swift button pushing he turns to grab the receipt which promptly printed out. Gives me a copy and says 'have a good one'.

Couldn't have gone better. I went in and bought what I needed and departed. 5☆. Would recommend.

The employees are always super helpful.
And one employee named, Luigi, has really helped me the most and I always know that he'll get me the right part.

Helpful staff. Social distancing and staff were wearing masks. Apparently they care about the safety of their staff and customers and they had my parts in stock.
