What a great experience it was at Lowe’s! The workers were ALL very kind and helpful. One specific worker was so patient. We were unable to locate what we needed because the box was empty, but he noted that they had some there and when I say he searched high and low to find what we needed!!! It’s so nice to know that there are still people that go above and beyond to help their customers!! He was phenomenal and the cashier named Edgar was fantastic - great sense of humor and efficient. They all treated us like family!! I love that!!!

We have had the best experience because of Sonya! It’s so stressful remodeling but she took the stress off of us and showed us how to enjoy it!!! I will forever be thankful. I’ll update once it is all finished so I can post pictures.

The store manager is so customer oriented. He was so busy today but treated me as if I was the most important person in the store. This was a welcomed treat in a time when it seems no one cares about anything or anyone like they use to, but this manager nailed it. Thank you!

There was a snafu with delivery of items stated available online. When delivering other items, the other items "out of stock." Fallon and the Mgr worked with us to rectify the situation in a timely manner.

We appreciate this very much and will continue until to purchase from Lowes.

Well after being frustrated after going to two other Lowes Locations to purchase an item shown in stock not actually in-stock and in store. So after coming to the Hwy 64 location I was not feeling optimistic about my 3rd store visit to lowes in two days. It started off rocky with item being in stock but come to find out used and returned...so I returned the item immediately and that was supposedly the only one in stock and being a new lowes creditcard holder my frustrations grew with the return process when using a 20% off coupon .... but Mrs. Sherita stepped in and SAVED the day!!! She is the embodiment of customer service! She went above and beyond in every way. Even finding the item that was at first out of stock. And with her patience turned a not so happy new customer into a Lowes regular. What an excellent Lowes Ambassador! Thank you Mrs. Sherita.

Susie, in cabinets at the Bartlett, TN store was awesome. What a delightful experience. The store was clean, organized and staged well. We will be coming back for sure.

Great Customer Service! Ms. Dee cashed me out and had a great attitude, said take your time while I looked for some snacks. Will make sure to continue and shop at this Lows location to my convenience!

I was at Lowe's the other day looking for a new sink and James asked if I needed help. He was awesome. He spent time with me to compare different ones and when I decided on one, he took it up to the front for me to pay for it and also took it to my car. You need more employees like James.

Grover is an amazing human being and is the nicest, most helpful person I have ever encountered at Lowe’s. He is an asset to the company, and he is knowledgeable, personable, and wonderful!!

The lady self check out is always mindful, even though she has a challenge and getting around . Easy navigate and plenty of employees around for Assistance today.

If you are looking for a lighting King Expert, look no farther than Mike in lighting. Not only is he extremely intelligent & knowledgeable, he has a tremendous sense of humor. Congratulations to whoever hired this asset to this location, Mike truly is the best.

We typically shop Lowes when it comes to home department stores. We have found in this area that they have the best staff that will help and move people along quickly. The picture is our 10 plant about-to-be vegetable garden. Thanks Lowes!

Simply put, I love Lowes! I'm a carpet installer so I stop at Lowes on a regular basis to by supplies for work. Also I'm very active and I'm always busy on all sorts of projects. Lowe's is always my first choice in finding what ever I may need whether it's work or pleasure.

We shop there very often, it's close to our home. We know many of the associates there and they are,always helpful. The store is well kept and it's easy to find things!
What I have learned, get to know the people that work in a store because they're your neighbors and friend of your friends!

I needed packaging paper and moving/utility boxes & Lowes has three different size boxes at great low prices. Lowes is always an excellent choice!!! 💯👍🏼👏🏽🏠

Lowes is most of the time good and will return.I would be careful if you pull into parking lot no matter how many spaces you have Ray Baker truck #6 will park too close to you and scratch your vehicle. Kurt, one of the managers at Ray Baker will believe his employee over pics. His guy said he parked 2 feet away so I sent him pics and was told he worked with the driver of van #6 for a long time and believed his driver

We went in to get wood, and Ronnie in lumber helped us from start to finish! I could not imagine, and didn't expect someone so incredibly helpful:) And bonus the wood is nice from what I can tell

Rhonda gave the best customer service, we found a great dishwasher on sale and she helped us secure the bag. We need more people like her!!!
