Lee helped me and my wife the whole way. We were torn between two different sectionals and she was very helpful in helping us weigh our options. We ended up purchasing the first one we looked at, added an additional section, and the coffee table that opens as well. Chuck helped us at the payment stage will Lee moved on to someone else that needed assistance and he got us taken care of and also let us know about the protection plan which we added on to our purchase as well. Dealing with folks like then makes you feel a lot better about spending that amount of money when you're dealing with nice people. Will definitely Italy be returning when we decide to update our bedroom or kitchen furniture next.

Shannon was the most helpful and even went the extra mile for me to get my items delivered as fast as possible!

DSG is the worst Ashley Furniture experience EVER!!!!!!! The corporate operations center expressed no remorse for screwing my order up, delaying delivery on the items I purchased, and showing that I indeed paid for the items for over a week! The store reps (except Shannon-very knowledgeable) had no clue how to fix it, they wouldn’t escalate my call in corporate and I was KIND the entire time!!!!! Not a single, “sorry about that buddy”. I mean they gave me absolutely nothing!!! I will never shop with the group ever again. I wish you the best of you do.

I went to the Ashley Furniture in Cordova on Germantown Pkwy for a mattress. Justin did a fantastic job. He has Superb customer service, very informative, and also went above and beyond with how the technology worked on the mattress as well. I highly recommend him when visiting this store, not only for mattresses but for everything else as well.

Ashley Furniture has high quality furniture and a range of styles. My salesperson Julius was very helpful and explained the different choices they had in Recliners. And delivery was reasonable and quick.

Justin was extremely helpful in finding the right pieces for my very specific needs. He spent a significant amount of time with me, keeping me from feeling rushed to make my decision. It was a very good experience.

I've been at the Cordova location many time & purchased pretty much all our furniture there. They are always kind and helpful. Today Justin Holloway was the sales associate that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I didn't have to wait long for him to do the paperwork. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Cordova and Justin!!

Searched online for a few different mattresses & had a couple picked out. Went in & showed Larry the one I had in mind & he set me up with a better mattress. Larry was very informative on everything and very thorough. Can't wait to get my new Sealy mattress & adjustable base!

Quick and easy. Came in late with my wife on a Saturday night after we got tired of cleaning our old sectional and spoke with Julius about what we were looking for and he made a great recommendation that we decided to go with.

This was the first time to visit an Ashley store. Interest was finding a bed set from search online. The sales person had the store set and after viewing got us set up for payment and future delivery with no problems.
