The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful.
The store was neat & accessible. There was a great selection of merchandise at a good price point. The young lady that assisted me was very courteous & extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased & received a good value. Christopher checked me out & assisted me in enrolling in the rewards program. I look forward to my next visit. CG

We bought some killer bed sheets. The customer service route tried to get us to get a Kohl's card for the extra Kohl's dollars. We politely said no, were on a no debt life style, my son broke out in broke out in conversation allowing us to escape. Our experience was overall positive and Kohl's is a great place to shop.

The staff was very professional and so, so friendly and courteous. It's uncommon these days to experience such professionalism and friendliness. I left feeling uplifted.😊

Love going to Kohls in which ever city we are travelling. Everything is where it should be in all stores. All associates are friendly and helpful.

Looking for men's Western boots, but ended up purchasing a pair of khaki Levi's. Nice checkout lady.

I went to pick up an order I placed online. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The store displays are always attractive. I like looking through the clearance racks but it is hard to find clothing in my size because everything is really haphazard. It's still fun to look and I usually do. You never know what you might find!

These last 2 times I was in Kohl's, Ms. Sharon was there both times. I left a review last time. Now, I want to let others know how amazing she is. She was patient with us (I had 4 kids with me last time). She's so kind and will just make conversation like you've known each other for years! She was encouraging towards my kids. I absolutely adore her!!!!

Great selection of merchandise with the ability to get through the aisles. Some of the stores have very narrow aisles and cram merchandise together.
