CVS

Mark provided exceptional customer care today!! He quickly greeted me as I entered the store. As I was looking for a specific item, he asked me if I needed help and I gladly accepted his gracious offer. Instead of Mark telling me which aisle the item was in and/or pointing in its direction, he kindly walked with me to show me exactly what I needed and it was in stock! During my checkout process, I decided to sign up for CarePass and he patiently walked me through the process and answered my questions. It was a sincere joy being assisted by Mark as he was very welcoming, super kind, and extremely patient! Mark is an excellent representation of the best of CVS!!

The pharmacist's and staff in the pharmacy are all very friendly and considerate

My CVS pharmacy store is located on Palm Beach and Buckingham Road. The customer service team agents always welcome you when you walk through the door they ask if you need any assistance and that makes you feel comfortable. The store is always clean and well stocked and I love it because I always have extra bucks to be used on my purchases.

This is by far my favorite CVS Store! I feel like family and they treat me like I’m part of the staff!😁 I’ve never had a problem checking out nor have i had any questions about a product or where it’s located. The staff and the managers r super duper Gr8!

Pharmacist are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Hospitality is on point on this location. Miss Nguyen was super helpful with getting the medicine for my children. Thank you

I just picked up some prints from this CVS and Luis from the photo department was wonderful and helpful. As a customer we need more people like him.

Ashley went out of her way to help me get the lowest price and she had already been handling a difficult situation with another customer. We need more people like her out there. Thanks Ashley!

I have gone to this pharmacy site since it came into existence
Five forks location before that
The only reason I gave a 4 is because of long wait times due to understaffing and that is a corporate
problem as they keep piling more and more work on pharmacists
Covid shots various tests and other vaccinations
When their hands were already full with filling scripts and counseling patients The phone rings nonstop and they are all hustling about every time I am there
I personally have never had a problem with any of the pharmacy or store staff being unhelpful or rude In fact they have always been friendly and helpful
Just very busy and understaffed
Resulting in long waits
I once waited one hour for someone to answer the phone
That was too long that along with another incident of waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru line I couldn’t get out of are my main reasons for 4 stars
In store waiting can be hit or miss
also
I kinda feel like this is the case everywhere right now
I do all I can on line with Carepass
It is super efficient and convenient
It’s defiantly the way to go
