I own a local business and frequent this UPS store often. They are always friendly, quick and help with all my needs. Highly recommend!

Sepi was MOST helpful to me. She walked me through all of the things I needed to accomplish with patience and a smile. I also observed Sepi take each customer and help them with a cheerful voice prompt and patient service. Thank you!

The UPS Store at 15009 Manchester Blvd is always my favorite one to visit because of the helpful employees and fast service, but today there is just one employee working the desk and she is fantastic.

I believe she is a supervisor because she mentioned to someone when they commented on how long of a line there was that her employee didn't come in today. For her to be running the busy drop off desk by herself and to have a smile on her face the whole time is the mark of an exemplary customer service employee. I greatly appreciate her and I wish I had asked her name.

I went in to ship a package to my daughter who lives across the country. I do not have much experience with shipping but Sepi went above and beyond to help me and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I always go to this specific store to drop off my shipments, and the staff is always kind enough to alter the taping of my packages if needed, without me having to ask. One time, my brother brought in so many clothes, suits, boxes to ship to New York because he was moving there. The staff was helpful and friendly - they made sure the packaging was done in a cost effective way. The service is always great and extremely friendly. Thanks!

Using this service is phenomenally good. You can ship by most carriers - including USPS - giving you plenty of options. Amazon has a deal where you do not even have to pack items you want to return - many you can just drop off at the store and they will pack it for you (you need a code from Amazon to do this). Highly recommended

Darlene Johnson (BELOW), I think you got the WRONG store. The owner here is Male. He does a great Job, and is very NICE to every customer. I had the same terrible service at the other UPS store at Manchester and 141. That lady is very Rude. I dont know how she can be in business.

The associates are always so kind and patient despite having to teach older folks how to use the Amazon app every 8 minutes. I've seen some things.

I do all my how business mailing from this location. They've always been kind and friendly with me and my packages. Alex is the best!! And it's a good location with ice cream next door!

I live outside of St. Louis so when I need to come to the city and have Amazon returns I always use this location. Convenient and the staff is always so nice.
