Schnucks Woods Mill

I cannot say enough good things about the bakery department at this store. I have ordered our special occasion cakes from them for years and I am always so happy with the quality. I always get compliments when I serve these cakes. The first cake was my twins 1st birthday and most recently I purchased their hs graduation cake. Always moist and delicious and the decorations are always EXACTLY what I envision. The staff is always friendly and thorough when taking my order and take the time to understand what I need and offer suggestions.

Clean store, and everyone is so nice here! I live about a mile from this store so it is very convenient! I love their selection. Tracy and Sally are my favorites! They always remember my name, and they make me smile!

Tammy, the florist went so above and beyond! I was getting my friend a vase of flowers and a small bunny in a basket with a ribbon(kind of like trinkets/decorations for her desk at work) and a thank you card. Tammy was so kind and helpful. She recut the flowers for us, put new water in the vase and stocked us with plant food. The bunnys ribbon was falling off so she was super kind and let me pick a new ribbon and she made a perfect bow on it. Also i didnt see the cards had different phrases so i accidentally almost got my friend a card that said "my condolences" instead of thank you 😂😂😂 so glad she was there to help with everything! She went sooooo far above and beyond. Give this wonderful woman a raise! Also she is funny as heck, incredibly personable. Anytime i need a florist ill definitely be coming to this schnucks and hoping Tammy is there!

Not living in the area it had been a minute since I had visited this particular location. I was sooo looking forward to ordering a delicious breakfast made fresh in the café... eggs, crispy bacon, and a huge whopping glass of the most wonderful fresh squeezed oj... one must understand... this isn't just oj. This oj is fresh squeezed... like visiting the islands fresh. It's liquid happiness in a glass. To my dismay, the café had disappeared. What??? It had been replaced by a wall of produce. Appearing lost as I stood in the middle of the produce section staring in the direction where the café once had been, a store associate quickly came to my rescue. He kindly gave the details of its demise BUT directed me to the area where I could still purchase the fresh squeezed oj. ALL WAS NOT LOST! RIP café but the oj lives on!!! Breakfast didn't turn out as I had anticipated, but the bag of perfectly ripened Rainier cherries paired with the very best honestly fresh oj left me decidedly satisfied. Thank you store associate for kindly taking the time to explain, answer questions, and help me locate the fresh squeezed oj!

Love the store! Very friendly staff. Lots of organic produce, grass fed dairy, some local produce. Ask for Boar's head at the deli- staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable about minimally processed meats. Grab a nice wine at great price, search the cheeses, and interesting (and delicious) fig or olive spreads!

That might be the best Schnucks store I have been to. I wish they were all like that!!

Clientele stared at me funny like they never seen a black Don in a pair of high designer shades on. Guess there’s not much to do about that. Service is pretty good. This schnucks is very clean and “polished.” I think that they still have the cheese area you walk into with the many varieties.

This is my "go to" Schnucks. They always have what I need and they manage their check out lanes well. I moved and I still go here even though it's not my closest store. I also think their app is very useful.

I was quite impressed with this Schnuck’s excellent customer service. I needed to buy a Father’s Day gift at the last minute, and I tried two other places. Both places told me that I needed to give them more time to prepare a custom-made cake. I decided to try this Schnuck’s bakery to see if they could make a creative Father’s Day cake in such short notice, and they did. They had it ready in four hours. And the cake looked great. I am really impressed by this Schnuck’s bakery’s willingness to make quality custom-ordered cakes in such short notice. And the ladies who took my order and made my cake were really hospitable and courteous, and made me feel valued as a customer. I am now a fan of their excellent customer service.

Some of the best customer service in any Schnucks I have ever been to. I now avoid the closer Scnucks to me in Creve Coeur (dreadful place) and travel farther to this branch because of the good customer
service.

Every time I shop at Schnucks Woods Mill, the people are friendly, the store is well stocked with high quality produce and baked goods, and I have a good experience. This is what a great grocery store should be!

If you cook like i do...that's a lot and tasty and healthy and they have lots of specialty items to accompdate all taste. The is adequate customer service is competant and accessable. Expect heavybshopping at the normal times.

Very friendly employees, very clean store and restrooms and great sale prices. This was our first visit to a Schnucks and it won't be the last!
