The quality of customer service reps that have helped me in this location as well as the Seguin location are top rate! Other companies need to take lessons from yalls reps! They always greet everyone when they walk in regardless in they have a customer or not, and when your at the counter, they make suggestions that might help with your shipping. They are all just a joy to do buisness with.

Always getting a good service, great smiles and a fantastic team. Always take good care in packaging my mail boxes and returns.

The workers at this La Vernia UPS store are so awesome! They are very kind, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and they will go out of their way to help you with anything you need! We really appreciate them in our small town!!

In the times that I have been to this UPS Store, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have shipped numerous things through here and have never had a problem or a complaint from anyone receiving items I've shipped or had packaged there and shipped. The staff has been great each and every time!

I don't ever use shipping stores usually wife handles that. Very friendly employees made the task that much simpler

Now this is how a shipping company should run. I normally don't write reviews, but this was worth taking a moment. Everyone is greeted within seconds upon entering. The staff works like a well-oiled machine, working together, friendly and all with great attitudes. While I was there, they must have helped 10 customers in 5 minutes... all in and out, receipts in hand.

Love the people that work at this location. I'm alway's late everywhere I go. And, sure enough I'm tardy even getting to my UPS STORE in La Vernia Tx. I'll call them most of the time about 5 minutes to closing and ask them if they'll get wait for me. Everytime they stay and except my package which 99% of the time it's one of my Amazon packages. And, the owner he's alway's there and ready to help his customers out with whatever problems they may have and he'll do his best to solve the issue. He even has his daughter working there which is real nice. Keeping it a family thing. I like that in a company. So, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way for my UPS in L.V., Texas.

This store provides the most incredible shipping experience every single time. As soon as you enter, an employee greets you. They are quick, knowledgeable and so customer-service oriented. I wish they were my post office!

Awesome job Jake, Paige, Ethan and Antonio! They were a huge help as I was returning four very large boxes that weighed quite a bit. They took them all from my truck inside and even helped with finish boxing up one of the four. It made everything a breeze to get them sent back to Amazon! Thanks y’all!

This little store is a GEM! In the flurry of life, I learned I was supposed to send out invitations for a rehearsal dinner! I sent the digital invitation and addresses to this store and I’m a blink of an eye they had invitations printed as well as envelopes addressed💕 Price was on point and customer service is ALWAYS fantastic!

I initially had an issue tracking an Amazon return and believed it to be a UPS issue. I learned from the owner that the Amazon return process isn’t as straightforward as I initially believed when it came to tracking delivery. I appreciate him taking the time to explain the process and I take back my initial rating in favor of a rating commensurate with the attentiveness I later received.

OMG! Best service ever from a young lady named Jessica. Our graduates don’t get to walk the stage in front of everyone as we did but she made this feel like a proper and special graduation just as everyone should have. My hat is off for this little lady cause she even came in on her day off so she could help me. She made me laugh but once I seen what she did I cried. Thank y’all so much for employing people that are so wonderful!!! UPS is lucky to have her as an employee!
