Everyone at this post office is super friendly. I go to this post office and I live in a different town. They are always friendly, helpful and able to answer questions without making me feel stupid or like a bother.

Wanted to mail out some things on Saturday, but not enough time at the La Vernia post office to get there in time. Love the later hours on Saturdays at the Southerland Springs location!! I will be doing all of my postal services here from now on!

Never buy a money order from the post office. Overpriced ($2.10) and takes forever to process in their system.

The mail Carrier person at this location is always been helpful to me the problem is I'm having mail sent to my address labeled as "return to sender, vacant address" and I am unable to get ahold of anybody because I get sent to the US postal service customer service centre which doesn't have any sort of human being contact whatsoever. The only time I ever got through to a human being they told me that I had an hour long wait on the phone before somebody could even get to me. What a joke.

Things are just better send through UPS or fedex now USPS just sucks in general.

I went up there to mail my uncle 15,000$ gold chain and 1900$ I paid for over nite delivery last Thursday and he still hasn’t gotten it yet everyday I’ve been going up there to see where it’s at and they say they don’t no where it’s at and the package wasn’t scan cuz the tracking numbers says it was never left from there someone there took it because it wasn’t scan now my uncle very upset because he hasn’t got what I sent to him so I wouldn’t go to this post office to send any thang that’s has value because they might keep it
