AT&T Store

I had a problem with my new phone dropping calls and stopped by my local LaVernia AT&T store. Adam quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me on the spot. He also offered some helpful tips. Thanks Adam! So glad we have this store here in our little town with helpful employees..

Never a bad experience when going to this AT&T!
I usually receive help from Ryan; he's knowledgeable about the products and any current or upcoming promotions. I'm definitely going to him for my next upgrade.
Ive also had good experiences with the other employees. Overall everyone is very friendly and helpful.

This was one the best experiences I've had going to a phone store. Alan was the most knowledgeable and helpful person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. His customer service went beyond anything I could have asked for, and his knowledge of phones and the services provided by the company was immense. Evan made my ATT experience the best I have ever had. I walked in, said I wanted an iPhone, he showed me the options and gave me exactly what I asked for with no funny business. Charles aka Chuck was a great help! The manager at this location went above and beyond to help me upgrade my phone. Tried to get me fiber but unfortunately it wasn’t available for my house. I will absolutely be recommending this location for any ATT business

ETA - I recently had to go back in for another issue and had equally wonderful customer service from Natalie! She did a great job helping us and we appreciate it! Thanks for always doing a wonderful job assisting customers so well at this store.
I recently had an excellent experience in the store because of the great customer service by representative Mike Stoner. He was so helpful adding a line to my account and updating my service plan. He spent the time explaining everything to me and was very patient and helpful. He made the entire process easy and as smooth as could be. I am very appreciative for his help and wonderful customer service.

Fantastic service at this AT&T location. Chuck was able to answer all my questions and got my new Apple Watch setup and new iPhone transferred in no time at all. I will definitely be back for my kids new phone and I would highly recommend this AT&T.

Just had a simple fix of replacing the SIM card for my daughters phone. Both the manager and the employee were very welcoming even though they were already busy with other customers. I don't usually post reviews but I really felt they needed to be acknowledged for their smiles and kindness when closing time was upon them.

Everyone was amazing and very professional. Ethan was very thorough in explaining the best options for our family and helping us save the most money. He deserves a raise. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing service! Staff answered all my questions and found me savings on my bill. The manager chuck popped in to make sure everything was running smoothly. I came in for an upgrade and left saving money!!
