With 8 hours left of my 13 hour trip back home my vehicle started acting up & didn't seem to be pumping enough fuel to my engine. I stopped here to see if I could get the codes read that had popped up to see what the issue could be after stopping at a mechanic shop that didn't even had a code scanner. Unfortunately O'Reilly's was out of commission since it needed an update. I had worked on a couple friend's vehicles & left my scanner in one of them so I didn't have it. I did end up purchasing a scanner here & figured out what was going on & fixed my vehicle to make the trip back without further issue. The employee was nice & the customers were as well.

They always have what I need for an oil change, diesel fuel filter, cabin air filter, and intake air filter changes.

It was pouring down raining and I was in my husband’s car who had bad windshield wipers. I didn’t have a clue how to change them and my 1 yr old son was in the car so I asked for a quick tutorial on how to do it myself.

Paul told me to wait in the car and he would come out once the rain let up… it didn’t let up but he changed them anyway; he went above and beyond to help me!

Lost a brake bolt just off of highway 40, 3.5 miles from the store. I called Sean and he was kind enough to trouble shoot the problem, procure the brake bolts from the store and set aside proper tools for me to make repairs. After picking up the tools I was able to make repairs in 15 minutes and able to get back on our way. Sean and the staff were overall professional, kind, and courteous.

Great store easy location to find. Very knowledgeable staff. And very helpful. I had a taillight out and the young guy fixed it for me at no charge.

Nobody likes car problems, but it sure help to see friendly people who make you feel better when you have No idea what you really need. A thingamabobber is had hard idem find ,I AM SO Glad they knew what it was!

Not just O'Reilly, but this specific O'Reilly went completely above and beyond to help us out when we desperately needed it. Our car broke down, we went to two other mechanics who turned us away. This place got us diagnosed, called up a mechanic who worked all day on our car on a Saturday, and charged us a fair price. They seriously saved our lives. Give this place all of your business.

always stop in Ozark one.. cuz I live in the area but had business in Clarksville so i stopped.so I stop to get some things I needed very good place of business the help is very good very knowledgeable of the parts and was very helpful in choosing a spark plug r spark plugs for my vehicle I will return it again.Dirt Harris

I won't go anywhere else if needing parts for a vehicle. They are very knowledgeable on what they sell and are always ready to help. They are way above other auto parts stores.

New wipers for the truck, installed free. They looked odd so he exchanged them for another size and they fit much better. No hassle, great service. Thanks guys.
