While dinnertime approaches, it is often my anxiety that i....uh-oh....FORGOT SOMETHING!!! -N its always some fundamental part of the whole meal and so, without a minute to spare in our busy, busy life - i run down to DollarGen, where they almost always have what i need. This location has a little bit of everything. Great, low prices. But most prominantly, the staff. This group of employees are ALWAYS friendly, always helpful, always smiling, sometimes they even brighten my day if im having a hard one! They make the whole environment a welcoming and friendly and the experience a positive one. Whomever does the hiring n firing n put THIS group of employees together at this specific DG - somebody should definitely give THAT person a raise! Id choose to go to this location even if i lived clear across town! Overall i give it a 12 outta 10. 😁

Dollar General. on S.Chester. I went there for my first time. It couldn't have been any better. First I asked the clerk to watch my bicycle in front of the store. He just told me to bring it in and set it over to the side. That was great in itself. Then I asked for a handbasket and they said they had shopping carts. It was all messed up and wouldn't role. So he took it in the back and fixed it. How cool is that. And then to top it off the prices are all very good. If not better they did match other stores prices so needless to say I'm very happy with their store. I'll be going a lot more now. I highly recommend them. Thanks you guys. 😊

The employees are so nice and know me by name. They always have great deals and it's very convenient when you don't want to shop at the big store.

Awesone well known cheap price almost same as 99 cents store. Sometimes difficult surroundings in due to income which people are just happened not to able affording. I believe that dollar general workers tries their best to keep customers safe around DOLLAR GENERAL. Save your money a lot. These prices are honest almost as same as WALMART AND TARGET.

Perfect customer service❤ i so love this store the manager and cashiers are far the best ..they notice every customer that enters and greets them and are very attentive ..always straighten up the isles and stocking things and take time out to help thier customers 💪 like always i find so many better things and better prices ❤ i am very pleased with my naborhood dollar general🌹 S chester way far the Best

They are sometimes low on stock but I'm not surprised with the amount of popularity it has around the neighborhood. The store is always clean and the employees are very polite and welcoming.
