Great overall experience!! The woman helping us was very polite and professional, we brought our 5yr old with us and she was very understanding and even let him use her tablet while we were handling the phone switching! She went above and beyond and it’s much appreciated! I’ll attach her card below! All staff in the store were very professional, usually dread this process but actually had good experience with this place!

I had some issues with a sim card that I use for my laptop so I went to this branch and was assisted by Erica Mosca. Her customer service was outstanding, she solved this issue quickly and was very informative about what had gone wrong and why!

Fantastic customer service! Spoke with Raquan about potentially switching over to Verizon, and after going through all the details I told him I wanted to think about it a little more. He gave me his business card and I texted him later on that day letting him know I wanted their business. The next day (on his day off) he gladly came in, switched everything over and got me right. Go see Raquan!

Only waited 10 minutes for the Representative to wrap up with another customer. The rep Raquan was very helpful and explained the plans well. I was able to pick a new phone; a new plan; new case and new fast charger in 30 minutes! That is the fastest time I have been in and out a Verizon store!

I first bought my phone in February 2022 with Ty. He was a very polite and professional person. He made sure I was pleased with my phone, the case and service plan. A few months later I returned with issues on the hardware on my phone. I was told to call Apple who then made me an appointment at Best Buy until finally Ty returned to work. Ty once again was sure to make me happy and satisfied as a customer. Impeccable customer service !!

The young lady that helped me was very nice. She helped me with my phone although I didn't purchase one of theirs. I went there to purchase a phone but she ended up helping me with my phone. When I get ready to get another one I will be going back.

Beautiful store and helpful employees. I have a weird, almost unsolvable issue ongoing but Jermaine was SO helpful! I never had someone help out who was so determined to fix the issue. He was just as dead set on figuring out the issue as I was. He called around and looked into it to the best of his ability. He was extremely kind and easy to work with. Along with the other glowing reviews on Google - totally recommend.

Raquan was very professional and made the process a breeze! I may have spent much longer in the store than I expected (though this was my own fault), they all kept me entertained and helped time pass quickly. Great group of employees, couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I don't write many online reviews, but the service and care we received from Columbus was far too outstanding not to share. He was very easy to work with and didn't unnecessarily "upsell" us on plans or products we didn't need. He was alone in the store but was easily able to multitask, helping many customers at the same time. We had one small issue with iMessage activation, but Columbus went above and beyond to fix the problem. In an era when good (or even adequate) customer service is quite difficult to find, Columbus is unique indeed. He is excellent at his job and makes a sometimes painful process go smoothly. He has inherent qualities that will serve him well in the future. I want to thank Columbus for his recent help and I wish him much success going forward. I truly hope Cellular Sales sees his great work ethic and leadership potential-he deserves a raise and a promotion! Thanks again.

Went into the store today with some technical and insurance issues and was extremely lucky to meet Ian Amsler. He was able to solve all my issues and update me on several features I wasn't even aware of. Thanks to him, my husband's phone will be replaced with our insurance at no cost tomorrow with a newer model and 2x the GBs. He was super helpful and so very pleasant. Glad I had the opportunity to experience his greatness! 😁

Took the old lady in to get a new phone cause the old one wouldn’t video chat any more. Net Abe, Raquan, and Ian. I was worried cause we still owed like 600 bucks on her phone but those three guys were able to work it out where I slid my card for 75 bucks and got $440 off on the new phone. Those guys were amazing and even showed us some really cool Motorola options we didn’t even know about! It was nice to go somewhere and see customer service is still prioritized!
